本出願は、2017年8月1日に出願された「METHODS OF CARDIAC MAPPING AND DIRECTIONAL GUIDANCE」と題された米国仮特許出願第62/539,740号と、2017年8月1日に出願された「METHODS OF CARDIAC MAPPING AND DIRECTIONAL GUIDANCE」と題された米国仮特許出願第62/539,787号と、2017年8月1日に出願された「METHODS OF CARDIAC MAPPING AND MODEL MERGING」と題された米国仮特許出願第62/539,802号と、2018年7月30日に出願された「CARDIAC MAPPING SYSTEMS,METHODS,AND KITS INCLUDING FIDUCIAL MARKERS」と題された米国仮特許出願第62/711,777号とに対して優先権の利益を主張し、これらの全ての全内容は全ての目的のために参照により本明細書に組み込まれる。
Claims (3)
- 心臓マッピングの方法であって、
心電図(ECG)装置の12個の電極を患者の胸部に取り付けることと、
少なくとも3つの基準マーカーを前記患者の身体に適用することであって、前記基準マーカーは、異なる波長の光を反射するか、異なる形状を有するか、または異なる波長の光を反射して異なる形状を有し、画像処理を使用して識別できることと、
前記基準マーカーおよび前記電極を撮像することを含む、前記患者の身体の外部画像データを生成することと、
前記外部画像データを分析して、前記基準マーカーから反射された光、前記基準マーカーの異なる形状、または前記基準マーカーから反射された光と前記基準マーカーの異なる形状の両方を検出することにより、前記基準マーカーに対応する解剖学的位置を特定することと、
特定された前記解剖学的位置を、CTスキャンまたはMRIスキャンから得られた画像における対応する解剖学的位置に登録することにより、前記外部画像データを、2次元(2D)画像を使用して生成された前記患者の胸部の3D解剖学的モデルと合成することで3次元(3D)胸部モデルを生成すること、
前記ECG装置を使用して心電図(ECG)データを記録することと、
前記ECGデータ、前記3次元(3D)胸部モデル、および心臓の前記2次元(2D)画像に基づいて、前記患者の心臓の心室期外収縮(PVC)活性化マップを生成することであって、前記PVC活性化マップが、最早活性化領域を含む、ことと、
前記PVC活性化マップにおける前記最早活性化領域と既知の正常な最早活性化領域との比較に基づいて、前記3D胸部モデルに含まれる前記電極の各々の実際の位置と前記電極の各々の理想的な位置とのオフセットを決定することと、
前記決定されたオフセットに基づいて前記PVC活性化マップを調整することと、を含む、方法。 - 前記ECGデータは、心臓のPVC中に記録される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記基準マーカーのうちの2つが、前記患者の肩上に配置され、かつ
前記基準マーカーのうちの1つが、前記患者の胸骨上に配置される、請求項1に記載の方法。
