*銅化合物は水溶液中のCu++イオンの必要量が得られるように調整される。
実施例1
腐食速度の対比のためのボトル試験法
実験手順
銅系燃焼増強剤(CBCE)=19%硫酸銅五水和物(4.84%Cu2+、この銅レベルは試験した以下のすべての原液においても同じである。)/1.6%アルキルポリグルコシド界面活性剤(Triton BG−10)。
実施例1に記載した手順を比較処理剤及び本発明の処理剤について再び実施した。結果を表2に示す。
Claims (11)
- 石炭を燃料として燃焼させる燃焼炉において金属表面の腐食を抑制する方法であって、アミノアルコールとさらにホウ酸又はホウ酸の水溶性塩とを含む腐食抑制処理剤の存在下で石炭を燃焼させることを含んでなる方法。
- 石炭が微粉化されており、前記処理剤を水溶液の形態で微粉炭上に加える、請求項1記載の方法。
- 前記処理剤を水溶液の形態で燃焼炉内に噴霧する、請求項1記載の方法。
- アミノアルコールが第一アミン官能基を有する第一アミノアルコールからなる、請求項1記載の方法。
- アミノアルコールがさらに、第三アミン官能基を有する第三アミノアルコールを含む、請求項4記載の方法。
- 第一アミノアルコールが2−アミノエタノールである、請求項4記載の方法。
- 前記水溶液を、微粉炭1トン当たり100ml〜1Lの水溶液の量で微粉炭上に噴霧する、請求項2記載の方法。
- 燃焼炉の操業性を向上させるため銅の存在下で微粉炭を燃料として燃焼炉内で燃焼させる方法であって、2−アミノエタノール、トリエタノールアミン及びホウ酸又はその水溶性塩を含んでなる腐食抑制処理剤の共存下で微粉炭を燃焼させることを含む方法。
- 銅と腐食抑制処理剤を共に単一の水溶液の形態で石炭上に噴霧する、請求項8記載の方法。
- 前記腐食抑制処理剤がさらにグルコン酸又はその水溶性塩を含む、請求項8記載の方法。
- 前記腐食抑制処理剤がグルコン酸ナトリウムを含む、請求項10記載の方法。
