Description
この特許文献2に開示された冷却装置では、第1設定時間にわたり冷却ファンを正転駆動してラジエータを冷却する第1駆動状態と、第2設定時間にわたり冷却ファンを逆転駆動してそのラジエータの除塵を行う第2駆動状態を一インターバルとして繰り返すように構成したものにおいて、冷却水温度が設定温度よりも高いときには、第3設定時間にわたって第2駆動状態に切替えるようにしてエンジンの冷却性能が低下する前に防塵網の目詰まりを解消するように構成されている。
エンジンの冷却水を冷却するラジエータと、このラジエータを強制冷却する冷却ファンとを備える建設機械の冷却装置において、
前記エンジンにより駆動される可変容量型の油圧ポンプと、この油圧ポンプから吐出される作動油により作動される正逆反転可能な油圧モータと、この油圧モータにより駆動される冷却ファンと、前記油圧モータの回転を正転方向もしくは逆転方向のいずれかに切替える切替弁と、この切替弁の切替えを制御するとともに、この切替弁の切替え時に前記油圧ポンプの吐出油量が最小になるようにその油圧ポンプを制御する制御手段とを備えることを特徴とするものである(第1発明)。

Claims (3)
- エンジンの冷却水を冷却するラジエータと、このラジエータを強制冷却する冷却ファンとを備える建設機械の冷却装置において、
前記エンジンにより駆動される可変容量型の油圧ポンプと、この油圧ポンプから吐出される作動油により作動される正逆反転可能な油圧モータと、この油圧モータにより駆動される冷却ファンと、前記油圧モータの回転を正転方向もしくは逆転方向のいずれかに切替える切替弁と、この切替弁の切替えを制御するとともに、この切替弁の切替え時に前記油圧ポンプの吐出油量が最小になるようにその油圧ポンプを制御する制御手段とを備えることを特徴とする建設機械の冷却装置。 - 前記制御手段は、建設機械の稼動時間を計数する稼動時間メータからの計数データに基づいて、前記油圧モータを正転方向から逆転方向へ切替えるように前記切替弁を制御する請求項1に記載の建設機械の冷却装置。
- 前記油圧モータの正転方向への運転時間および逆転方向への運転時間は、時間設定手段により設定可能とされている請求項1または2に記載の建設機械の冷却装置。
