Claims (1)
- 表面の少なくとも一部に摺動部を有し、前記摺動部の表面に硬質被膜のDLC被膜を形成した摺動部品の製造方法において、
前記DLC被膜の一部をエッチングして潤滑剤が溜められる潤滑剤溜を形成する際に、体積濃度が43〜55%の酸素と、体積濃度が3.7%〜5%の四フッ化炭素を含むエッチングガスを用いて、DLC被膜を四フッ化炭素で処理しつつ酸素プラズマによりエッチングして、前記潤滑剤溜の側壁面とDLC被膜の外表面とのなす角度が90°よりも大きくなるように潤滑剤溜を形成することを特徴とする摺動部品の製造方法。
