Claims (4)
- シリンダに設置されたピストンの内部に形成されたバルブピン設置孔と、
前記バルブピン設置孔に設置されたバルブピンと、
前記バルブピンの上端部に設置されたピストンブッシュと、
前記ピストンブッシュの上端に設置されたスライドリングと、
前記スライドリングを前記バルブピン設置孔に固定設置する固定リングと、
上面で上固定板と接触し、底面でマニホールドと接触して、前記上固定板と前記マニホールドとの間に設置され、前記底面に突出部と凹溝部が形成された外側ピンガイドブッシュと、
外側で前記外側ピンガイドブッシュと接触して設置され、内側で前記バルブピンと密着して設置される内側ピンガイドブッシュと、
前記上固定板に形成され、前記内側ピンガイドブッシュの頭部が前記上固定板と接触しないように挿入される流体流入孔と
を有する、射出成形機用シリンダの熱分散装置。 - 前記内側ピンガイドブッシュは、前記シリンダの作動によって前記上固定板の前記流体流入孔に流入される流体によって冷却されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の射出成形機用シリンダの熱分散装置。
- 前記バルブピンに設置された前記内側ピンガイドブッシュの外部に前記外側ピンガイドブッシュが設置されることにより、前記バルブピンから放出する熱が前記内側ピンガイドブッシュを介して前記外側ピンガイドブッシュに伝達されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の射出成形機用シリンダの熱分散装置。
- 前記バルブピンが設置される前記ピストンの内部に前記ピストンブッシュが設置されたことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の射出成形機用シリンダの熱分散装置。
