Description
Claims (7)
- 多数の電池パックとマルチ電池パックシステムを構成する電池パックにおいて、
上記多数の他の電池パックとの通信経路を提供する通信ライン;及び
上記通信ラインのレベルの状態に応じて自らをマスター電池パックに設定する制御部を備え、
上記制御部は、
起動信号またはマスター設定メッセージの受信に応じて上記通信ラインのレベルが第1所定時間第1レベルを維持するかをチェックし、
上記通信ラインのレベルが第1所定時間第1レベルを維持すれば、第2所定時間第2レベルの信号を上記通信ラインに出力し、
上記第2所定時間が経過すればまた第1レベルの信号を上記通信ラインに出力するとともに上記通信ラインのレベルが第1レベルであるかをチェックし、
上記通信ラインのレベルが第1レベルであれば自らをマスター電池パックに設定し、
上記第2所定時間は電池パックごとに相異なるように設定されることを特徴とする電池パック。 - 上記制御部が、
起動信号またはマスター設定メッセージの受信に応じて上記通信ラインのレベルが第1所定時間第1レベルが維持されなかったか、
上記第2所定時間の経過につれて第1レベルの信号を上記通信ラインに出力した場合に上記通信ラインのレベルが第1レベルでなければ、
自らをスレーブ電池パックに設定することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の電池パック。 - 上記制御部が、
上記スレーブ電池パックに設定されれば、
所定時間ごとにマスター電池パックにマスター確認メッセージを送信し、
上記マスター確認メッセージに従って通信ラインのレベルが所定レベルなのかをチェックし、
上記通信ラインのレベルが所定レベルでなければマスター再設定メッセージを上記多数の電池パックに伝送することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の電池パック。 - 請求項1ないし請求項3のうち何れか一項に記載の電池パックを複数備えることを特徴とするマルチ電池パックシステム。
- マルチ電池パックシステムを構成する電池パックの制御方法において、
起動信号またはマスター設定メッセージの受信に応じて上記通信ラインのレベルが第1所定時間第1レベルを維持するかをチェックする第1段階;及び
上記通信ラインのレベルが第1所定時間第1レベルを維持すれば、第2所定時間第2レベルの信号を上記通信ラインに出力し自らをマスター電池パックに設定する第2段階を含み、
上記第2段階が、
上記通信ラインのレベルが第1所定時間第1レベルを維持すれば、第2所定時間第2レベルの信号を上記通信ラインに出力する段階;
上記第2所定時間が経過すればまた第1レベルの信号を上記通信ラインに出力するとともに上記通信ラインのレベルが第1レベルなのかをチェックする段階;及び
上記通信ラインのレベルが第1レベルであれば自らをマスター電池パックに設定する段階から構成され、
上記第2所定時間は電池パックごとに相異なるように設定されることを特徴とする電池パック制御方法。 - 起動信号またはマスター設定メッセージの受信に応じて上記通信ラインのレベルが第1所定時間第1レベルが維持されなかったか、
上記第2所定時間の経過につれて第1レベルの信号を上記通信ラインに出力した場合に上記通信ラインのレベルが第1レベルでなければ、
自らをスレーブ電池パックに設定する段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の電池パック制御方法。 - 上記スレーブ電池パックに設定されれば、
所定時間ごとにマスター電池パックにマスター確認メッセージを送信し、
上記マスター確認メッセージに従って通信ラインのレベルが所定レベルなのかをチェックし、
上記通信ラインのレベルが所定レベルでなければマスター再設定メッセージを上記多数の電池パックに伝送する段階をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の電池パック制御方法。
