Claims (7)
- 無線バッテリー管理システムであって、
複数のバッテリーモジュールに1対1で設けられるものであって、前記複数のバッテリーモジュールの充放電が行われる状況で用いられるアクティブモード及び前記複数のバッテリーモジュールの充放電が行われない状況で用いられるスリープモードで自分が設けられたバッテリーモジュールから供給される電力を用いて動作し、前記アクティブモードで自分が設けられたバッテリーモジュールの状態を示す検出信号を無線で送信するように構成された複数のスレーブBMSと、
前記複数のスレーブBMS各々から前記検出信号を無線で受信するように構成されたマスターBMSと、を含み、
前記マスターBMSは、
前記検出信号に基づき、前記複数のスレーブBMS各々に対するスキャン周期及びスキャン持続時間を設定し、
前記複数のスレーブBMS各々に対して設定されたスキャン周期及びスキャン持続時間を示す無線バランシング命令を含む制御信号を、前記複数のスレーブBMSに無線で送信し、
上位制御部からの動作開始命令の受信時、前記スリープモードから前記アクティブモードへの切換えを誘導する第2スイチング信号を設定周期ごとに前記複数のスレーブBMSに無線で送信し、
前記複数のスレーブBMS各々は、
前記スリープモードにおける前記第2スイチング信号のスキャニングに成功したとき、前記第2スイチング信号のスキャニングに成功したことを知らせる応答信号を前記マスターBMSに無線で送信し、
前記第2スイチング信号のスキャニングに成功した時点から自分に予め割り当てられたIDに対応する遅延時間が経過した時点で、前記応答信号を前記マスターBMSに無線で送信する、
無線バッテリー管理システム。 - 前記マスターBMSが、
前記検出信号に基づき、前記複数のバッテリーモジュール各々の充電状態を演算し、
前記複数のバッテリーモジュール各々の充電状態に基づき、前記複数のスレーブBMS各々に対するスキャン周期及びスキャン持続時間を設定する、請求項1に記載の無線バッテリー管理システム。 - 前記マスターBMSが、
上位制御部からの動作停止命令の受信時、前記アクティブモードから前記スリープモードへの切換えを誘導する第1スイチング信号を前記複数のスレーブBMSに無線で送信する、請求項1または2に記載の無線バッテリー管理システム。 - 前記複数のスレーブBMS各々が、
前記スリープモードで、前記制御信号に含まれた前記無線バランシング命令に基づき、自分に設定されたスキャン周期ごとに自分に設定されたスキャン持続時間の間、自分が設けられたバッテリーモジュールから供給される電力を用いて前記第2スイチング信号を無線でスキャンする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の無線バッテリー管理システム。 - 前記複数のスレーブBMS各々が、
前記スリープモードにおける前記第2スイチング信号のスキャニングに成功したとき、前記スリープモードから前記アクティブモードに切り換える、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の無線バッテリー管理システム。 - 無線バッテリー管理システムであって、
複数のバッテリーモジュールに1対1で設けられるものであって、前記複数のバッテリーモジュールの充放電が行われる状況で用いられるアクティブモード及び前記複数のバッテリーモジュールの充放電が行われない状況で用いられるスリープモードで自分が設けられたバッテリーモジュールから供給される電力を用いて動作し、前記アクティブモードで自分が設けられたバッテリーモジュールの状態を示す検出信号を無線で送信するように構成された複数のスレーブBMSと、
前記複数のスレーブBMS各々から前記検出信号を無線で受信するように構成されたマスターBMSと、を含み、
前記マスターBMSは、
前記検出信号に基づき、前記複数のスレーブBMS各々に対するスキャン周期及びスキャン持続時間を設定し、
前記複数のスレーブBMS各々に対して設定されたスキャン周期及びスキャン持続時間を示す無線バランシング命令を含む制御信号を、前記複数のスレーブBMSに無線で送信し、
上位制御部からの動作開始命令の受信時、前記スリープモードから前記アクティブモードへの切換えを誘導する第2スイチング信号を設定周期ごとに前記複数のスレーブBMSに無線で送信し、
前記複数のスレーブBMS各々は、
前記スリープモードにおける前記第2スイチング信号のスキャニングに成功したとき、前記第2スイチング信号のスキャニングに成功したことを知らせる応答信号を前記マスターBMSに無線で送信し、
前記マスターBMSは、
前記複数のスレーブBMS各々から前記応答信号を受信する度に、前記設定周期を所定値または所定割合だけ減少させる、無線バッテリー管理システム。 - 無線バッテリー管理システムであって、
複数のバッテリーモジュールに1対1で設けられるものであって、前記複数のバッテリーモジュールの充放電が行われる状況で用いられるアクティブモード及び前記複数のバッテリーモジュールの充放電が行われない状況で用いられるスリープモードで自分が設けられたバッテリーモジュールから供給される電力を用いて動作し、前記アクティブモードで自分が設けられたバッテリーモジュールの状態を示す検出信号を無線で送信するように構成された複数のスレーブBMSと、
前記複数のスレーブBMS各々から前記検出信号を無線で受信するように構成されたマスターBMSと、を含み、
前記マスターBMSは、
前記検出信号に基づき、前記複数のスレーブBMS各々に対するスキャン周期及びスキャン持続時間を設定し、
前記複数のスレーブBMS各々に対して設定されたスキャン周期及びスキャン持続時間を示す無線バランシング命令を含む制御信号を、前記複数のスレーブBMSに無線で送信し、
上位制御部からの動作開始命令の受信時、前記スリープモードから前記アクティブモードへの切換えを誘導する第2スイチング信号を設定周期ごとに前記複数のスレーブBMSに無線で送信し、
前記複数のスレーブBMS各々は、
前記スリープモードで、前記制御信号に含まれた前記無線バランシング命令に基づき、自分に設定されたスキャン周期ごとに自分に設定されたスキャン持続時間の間、自分が設けられたバッテリーモジュールから供給される電力を用いて前記第2スイチング信号を無線でスキャンし、
前記マスターBMSは、
前記複数のバッテリーモジュールのうち最大充電状態のバッテリーモジュールに設けられたスレーブBMSを代表スレーブBMSとして設定し、
前記制御信号は、
前記代表スレーブBMSを指定する設定命令を含み、
前記代表スレーブBMSは、
前記スリープモードで、前記設定命令に基づいて同期信号を生成し、前記同期信号を残りのスレーブBMSに無線で送信する、無線バッテリー管理システム。
