Claims (8)
- 複数のバッテリーモジュールに一対一で電気的に結合し、複数の領域に一対一で配置される複数のスレーブコントローラと、
前記複数の領域に一対一で配置される複数の温度センサーと、
有線ネットワークによって前記複数の温度センサーに通信可能に接続し、無線ネットワークによって前記複数のスレーブコントローラに通信可能に接続するマスターコントローラと、を含み、
前記複数のスレーブコントローラの各スレーブコントローラは、
自分が結合したバッテリーモジュールに含まれた複数のバッテリーセルに電気的に結合し、前記複数のバッテリーセルのうち少なくとも一つを選択的に放電するように構成されたバランシング部を有し、
前記無線ネットワークを介して、自分に既に割り当てられた臨時IDを前記マスターコントローラに伝送し、
前記マスターコントローラは、
前記複数のスレーブコントローラから受信された複数の臨時IDのうちいずれかの一つを選択し、
前記無線ネットワークを介して、強制バランシング信号を含む動作命令を前記選択された臨時IDが既に割り当てられているスレーブコントローラに伝送し、
前記動作命令の伝送後、前記有線ネットワークを介して前記複数の温度センサーからの複数の温度測定信号を受信し、
前記複数の温度測定信号に基づき、前記複数の領域のうち前記選択された臨時IDが既に割り当てられているスレーブコントローラが配置された領域を決定し、
前記各スレーブコントローラは、
前記無線ネットワークを介して前記強制バランシング信号を受信するとき、自分に含まれた前記バランシング部を活性化する、バッテリー管理システム。 - 前記バランシング部は、
活性化されたとき、自分に電気的に結合した複数のバッテリーセルのうち少なくとも一つを放電する、請求項1に記載のバッテリー管理システム。 - 前記マスターコントローラは、
前記複数の温度測定信号に基づき、前記複数の領域における各々の温度値を決定し、
前記複数の領域のうち最大温度値を有する領域に、前記選択された臨時IDが既に割り当てられているスレーブコントローラが配置されたと決定する、請求項1または2に記載のバッテリー管理システム。 - 前記有線ネットワークは、
前記複数の温度センサーと前記マスターコントローラに設けられた複数の入力ポートとの間に一対一で電気的に結合する複数のセンシングラインを含む、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリー管理システム。 - 前記マスターコントローラは、
前記決定された領域に対応する位置情報に基づき、前記選択された臨時IDが既に割り当てられているスレーブコントローラの正規IDを設定する、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリー管理システム。 - 前記マスターコントローラは、
前記無線ネットワークを介して、前記正規IDを前記選択された臨時IDが既に割り当てられているスレーブコントローラに伝送する、請求項5に記載のバッテリー管理システム。 - 請求項1から請求項6のいずれか一項に記載のバッテリー管理システムを含む、バッテリーパック。
- 請求項7に記載のバッテリーパックを含む、電気自動車。
