Description
Claims (17)
- 第1端部及び第2端部を有する減衰チャンバーを画定する第1シリンダーと、
ロッドに取り付けられたピストンであって、前記減衰チャンバーを上部と下部に分割するピストンと、
前記第1端部に配置されたシリンダーヘッドであって前記減衰チャンバー内において前記上部と下部の間に複数の流路を画定するシリンダーヘッドと、
前記シリンダーヘッドを通る前記複数の流路のそれぞれに対応する、流体の流れを選択的に止めるべく移動可能なプランジャを有する弁と、
を備え、
前記複数の流路のそれぞれは、前記流体の流れを止めるべく前記プランジャがぴったりとはまる穴を有し、
前記穴は前記流路および対応する前記流体を横切って配置される、可変ダンパーアセンブリ。 - 前記シリンダーヘッドが上側シリンダーヘッド部及び下側シリンダーヘッド部を有し、前記下側シリンダーヘッド部が前記複数の流路を画定しており、前記弁が前記上側シリンダーヘッド部に配置されている、請求項1の可変ダンパーアセンブリ。
- 前記上側シリンダーヘッド部及び下側シリンダーヘッド部が焼結部品である、請求項2の可変ダンパーアセンブリ。
- 前記第1シリンダーの前記第2端部に配置されたエンドキャップを有する、請求項1の可変ダンパーアセンブリ。
- 前記複数の流路の各々内に配置され、前記流路を通る流体の流れに対して付勢するディスクを有する、請求項1の可変ダンパーアセンブリ。
- 前記複数の流路の各々内に配置され、前記複数の流路を通る流体の流れに対して付勢する複数のディスクを有する、請求項1の可変ダンパーアセンブリ。
- 前記弁の各々が、前記複数の流路の各一つを選択的に閉鎖できるように個別に作動することができる、請求項1の可変ダンパーアセンブリ。
- 前記弁が6つの弁を含み、前記複数の流路が6つの流路を前記シリンダーヘッド内に含んでいる、請求項7の可変ダンパーアセンブリ。
- 前記プランジャが、閉鎖位置と非閉鎖位置の間で可動である、請求項1の可変ダンパーアセンブリ。
- 前記第1シリンダーと同心の環状チャンバーを画定する第2シリンダーをさらに有する、請求項1の可変ダンパーアセンブリ。
- 前記複数の流路が、前記環状チャンバーと流体が流れるようにつながる、請求項10の可変ダンパーアセンブリ。
- 前記弁が電気機械式弁を含む、請求項1の可変ダンパーアセンブリ。
- 前記弁の各々と電気的につながるワイヤリングハーネスを有する、請求項12の可変ダンパーアセンブリ。
- 前記弁の各々と電気的につながるコントローラを有する、請求項12の可変ダンパーアセンブリ。
- 前記ピストンが流路を有し、流体が前記流路を通って前記上部と下部の間を流れる、請求項1の可変ダンパーアセンブリ。
- 前記複数の流路のそれぞれは前記シリンダーヘッドの径方向に延びる、請求項1に記載の可変ダンパーアセンブリ。
- 前記穴は前記シリンダーヘッドの軸方向に延びる、請求項16に記載の可変ダンパーアセンブリ。
