Claims (17)
- 吐出される液体を介して超音波を生体の被洗浄部位に伝達することで当該被洗浄部位を洗浄する超音波生体洗浄装置であって、
液貯留空間及び当該液貯留空間に貯留される液体を外部に吐出する吐出口が形成された液体貯留部を有する収納容器と、
当該収納容器内に配設された超音波振動子と、
当該超音波振動子に接続され、超音波放射面が前記液貯留空間に向くように配設された超音波伝達体と、
前記収納容器内に配設され、前記超音波振動子を駆動する駆動回路と、
前記液貯留空間に液体を供給する液体供給部とを備え、
前記超音波伝達体は、前記超音波振動子との接続面側から超音波放射面側に向けて先細り状となるホーン形状を有し、
前記液体貯留部は、前記超音波伝達体の超音波放射面側から前記吐出口側にかけて先細り状となる絞り形状を有し、
前記超音波伝達体の超音波放射面から出力される超音波を前記液貯留空間に貯留される液体に伝播するようにしたことを特徴とする超音波生体洗浄装置。 - 前記液体供給部は、付勢力を付与した液体を前記液体貯留部の液貯留空間に供給するものであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の超音波生体洗浄装置。
- 前記液体供給部は、付勢力を付与した液体を前記液体貯留部の液貯留空間に間欠的に供給するものであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の超音波生体洗浄装置。
- 前記液体貯留部は、前記液貯留空間に供給された液体が前記超音波伝達体の側部周面に浸入するのを阻止する阻止部を備えたことを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の超音波生体洗浄装置。
- 前記液体供給部から供給される液体は薬効成分を含有したものであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の超音波生体洗浄装置。
- 前記超音波振動子及び前記超音波伝達体の接続方向の長さが超音波定在波振動における半波長分の長さの整数倍に設定されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の超音波生体洗浄装置。
- 前記超音波振動子及び前記超音波伝達体は、超音波の厚み振動を利用するものであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の超音波生体洗浄装置。
- 前記超音波振動子及び前記超音波伝達体は、ボルト締めランジュバン型振動子を構成するものであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の超音波生体洗浄装置。
- 前記超音波振動子及び前記超音波伝達体は、超音波定在波振動における節平面を有し、その節平面の位置で前記収納容器に固定されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の超音波生体洗浄装置。
- 前記超音波伝達体は、前記収納容器に対し着脱自在に装着されていることを特徴とする請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の超音波生体洗浄装置。
- 前記超音波伝達体は、当該超音波伝達体における超音波放射面の面積を超音波定在波振動の節平面の断面積よりも小さくなるようにした形状であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の超音波生体洗浄装置。
- 前記超音波伝達体は、前記超音波振動子に接続される側が大径部をなし、前記超音波振動子から離反する側が小径部をなす段付きステップ型であることを特徴とする請求項11記載の超音波生体洗浄装置。
- 前記超音波伝達体は、当該超音波伝達体の長さ方向の断面が台形状となる懸垂型であることを特徴とする請求項11記載の超音波生体洗浄装置。
- 前記超音波伝達体は、当該超音波伝達体の外周面が長さ方向に湾曲した形状を有していることを特徴とする請求項11記載の超音波生体洗浄装置。
- 前記超音波伝達体は、指数関数状に湾曲するものであることを特徴とする請求項14記載の超音波生体洗浄装置。
- 前記超音波伝達体は、当該超音波伝達体の超音波放射面が超音波振動子との接続面と超音波放射面との間の長軸方向に対して傾斜していることを特徴とする請求項11乃至15のいずれか1項に記載の超音波生体洗浄装置。
- 前記超音波伝達体は、当該超音波伝達体の超音波放射面の一部に窪みを有していることを特徴とする請求項11乃至16のいずれか1項に記載の超音波生体洗浄装置。
