Description
厚さを薄くするように段部を設けて、そこに各1個ずつ防振ゴム3を付設してもよい。この場合筐体2の容積が上記実施例の場合より増加するので、その部分にレセプタクルおよびプラグ5から構成される画像検出器1の外部との信号線あるいは電源線の接続部を内蔵することができる。
Claims (6)
- 筐体に放射線または光検出素子がマトリックス状に配列された受光部を有する平板状の画像検出基板と、この画像検出基板が検出した画像情報を筐体の外部に出力するために必要な部品を内蔵した二次元画像検出器において、筐体の放射線または光非入射面の全外周または外周の複数箇所に、筐体の厚さを薄くし前記筐体を保持するための防振具を取り付けるための段部を設けたことを特徴とする二次元画像検出器。
- 請求項1における二次元画像検出器において、前記段部の外面を防振具の取り付け部とするとともに、前記筐体の外部から取り込んだ配線を接続する接続部を放射線または光の入射側から見た前記筐体の外形よりはみださないように配置することを特徴とする二次元画像検出器。
- 請求項1または請求項2記載の二次元画像検出器を、前記段部に取り付けた防振具を介して取り付けたことを特徴とする撮影装置。
- 防振具はゴム式であることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2記載の二次元画像検出器。
- 防振具はゴム式であることを特徴とする請求項3記載の撮影装置。
- ゴム式の防振具は、それぞれに取り付け用のネジ部を有する一対の取付具の間にゴム材を挟持するとともに、前記一対の取付具の少なくとも一方は、取り付け面に垂直で互いに平行な二つの面を少なくとも一組有することを特徴とする請求項5記載の撮影装置。
