Claims (4)
- 合成樹脂を素材とするものであって複数のボアを含む複数の第一通路部分を形成した第一部材と合成樹脂を素材とするものであって複数の第二通路部分を形成した第二部材とを有し、前記第一部材における前記第二部材との接合面が、前記複数のボアの周囲に形成される各先端接合面と、その各先端接合面から立ち上がる各マウント接合面と、前記各先端接合面と前記各マウント接合面との境界である各立上げ境界線とから構成し、前記第一部材と前記第二部材とを接合してその接合面を振動基準方向に振動溶着することで前記第一通路部分と前記第二通路部分とを連結して複数の通路を形成し、前記複数の通路のうちの少なくとも1つの通路における前記ボアに近い位置での通路方向が前記複数のボアを連結する直線方向に対して垂直方向と異なる方向に配置した合成樹脂溶着体において、前記複数のボアを連結する直線方向に対して垂直方向と異なる方向に配置した前記通路の少なくとも1つにおける前記各立上げ境界線の通路側の端が前記先端接合面における前記ボア側の内縁に対する前記各マウント接合面の通路側の稜線の接線の接点かまたはその近傍とし、前記各立上げ境界線が前記通路側の端を含んで前記振動基準方向に平行なものとしたことを特徴とする合成樹脂溶着体。
- 前記近傍が前記ボアの軸中心を中心として、前記ボアの軸中心と前記接線の接点とを結ぶ直交方向線に対して左右の角度θ=10度以内の直線が前記ボアの内縁と交差する箇所としたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の合成樹脂溶着体。
- 合成樹脂を素材とするものであって1個のボアとそのボアに通じる1個の通路部分を形成した第一部材と合成樹脂を素材とするものであって1個のボアとそのボアに通じる1個の通路部分を形成した第二部材とを有し、前記第一部材における前記第二部材との接合面が前記ボアの周囲に形成される先端接合面と、その先端接合面から立ち上がる各マウント接合面と、前記先端接合面と前記マウント接合面との境界である各立上げ境界線とから構成し、前記第一部材と前記第二部材とを接合してその接合面を振動基準方向に振動溶着することで前記第一通路部分と前記第二通路部分とを連結して1個の通路を形成し、前記通路における前記ボアに近い位置での通路方向が前記振動基準方向に対して垂直方向と異なる方向に配置した合成樹脂溶着体において、前記ボアを連結する直線方向に対して垂直方向と異なる方向に配置した前記通路の前記立上げ境界線の通路側の端が前記先端接合面における前記ボア側の内縁に対する前記マウント接合面の吸気通路側の稜線の接線の接点かまたはその近傍とし、前記立上げ境界線が前記吸気通路側の端を含んで前記振動基準方向に平行なものとしたことを特徴とする合成樹脂溶着体。
- 前記近傍が前記ボアの軸中心を中心として、前記ボアの軸中心と前記接線の接点とを結ぶ直交方向線に対して左右の角度θ=10度以内の直線が前記ボアの内縁と交差する箇所としたことを特徴とする請求項3記載の合成樹脂溶着体。
