Description
また、本発明の上記目的は、前記基材層の厚さが3〜110μmで、前記外装合成樹脂層の厚さが10〜60μmであることを特徴とするインモールドラベル付成形体を提供することによって、効果的に達成される。
基材層として厚みが3μmの延伸ポリプロピレンフィルム(OPP)を用い、また外装合成樹脂層として、厚みが10μmの不織布を用い、この基材層と外装合成樹脂層とを接着する接着剤として、ウレタンアクリレートオリゴマー(東亞合成株式会社アロニックスM−1600)20重量%、単官能特殊アクリレート(東亞合成株式会社アロニックスM−5700)79.9重量%、光重合開始剤(チバスペシャリティケミカルズ株式会社ダロキュア1173)0.1重量%を混合した光重合接着剤を用いた。
◎:爪でラベルエッジを擦っても剥がれない。
○:爪でラベルエッジを擦ると引掛かりはするが、剥がれには至らない。
△:爪でラベルエッジを擦ると剥がれが発生するが、抵抗が大きい。
×:爪でラベルエッジを擦ると容易に剥離する。
◎:爪でラベルエッジを擦っても剥がれない。
○:爪でラベルエッジを擦ると引掛かりはするが、剥がれには至らない。
△:爪でラベルエッジを擦ると剥がれが発生するが、抵抗が大きい。
×:爪でラベルエッジを擦ると容易に剥離する。
◎:美飾性に優れ、手触りが良い。
○:美飾性に優れるが、手触りがやや劣る。
△:美飾性がやや劣り、手触り感もやや劣る。
×:見栄えが悪く、手触り感もない。
○:凹凸が形成されていない容器と比べて熱く感じない。
△:多少は熱く感じるが、凹凸が形成されていない容器と比べて緩和されている。
×:凹凸無しの容器と熱さの差が殆ど無い。

Claims (5)
- 金型の壁にインモールドラベルを取付け、成形体を成形すると同時に、前記インモールドラベルが前記成形体に熱融着されて形成されるインモールドラベル付成形体であって、前記インモールドラベルは、少なくとも前記成形体の表面と直接熱融着可能な合成樹脂製の基材層と、該基材層上に積層して設けられる、JIS−P8117に規定する透気度が10秒以上である外装合成樹脂層とで構成され、前記基材層と前記外装合成樹脂層との間に部分的に接着剤を塗布し、前記基材層と前記外装合成樹脂層とが部分的に接着され、インモールドラベル付成形体の成型時に加えられる熱により、接着剤が塗布されていない部分に封入された空気が膨張することで、インモールドラベルの表面に突部が形成されることを特徴とするインモールドラベル付成形体。
- 前記基材層の厚さが3〜110μmで、前記外装合成樹脂層の厚さが10〜60μmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のインモールドラベル付成形体。
- 前記接着剤の塗布面積が、前記基材層の面積の5〜90%であることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載のインモールドラベル付成形体。
- 前記接着剤として、エネルギー線ウレタンアクリレートオリゴマーと、単官能特殊アクリレートと、光重合開始剤とを含む光重合接着剤、または溶剤型接着剤が用いられることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれかに記載のインモールドラベル付成形体。
- 前記外装合成樹脂層の外面及び/または内面にラミネート層が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれかに記載のインモールドラベル付成形体。
