Claims (4)
- 巻線コイルを具備した第1固定子と、
粉末を利用した粉末冶金法により所定高さを有する円弧状の固定子ブロックを成形して該円弧状の固定子ブロックを放射状に複数個積層して環状に固定し、前記第1固定子と所定間隙を置いて挿入される第2固定子と、を包含し、
前記固定子ブロックは、その内周面の弧の角が外周面の弧の角より大きく形成されて、前記各固定子ブロックの内周面の両側は接触し、各固定子ブロックの外周面の両側は離隔して渦電流遮断スリットが形成されるようにすることを特徴とする往復動式モータの固定子。 - 前記第2固定子を成形する粉末は軟磁性複合材料であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の往復動式モータの固定子。
- 前記固定子ブロックは、その軸断面に固定リング挿入溝が形成され、固定リングが圧入固定されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の往復動式モータの固定子構造。
- 前記固定子ブロックは、軸方向に分割された複数の渦電流遮断スリットをその外周面に形成することを特徴とする請求項1記載の往復動式モータの固定子。
