Description
請求項3に記載の発明によれば、補正された燃料噴射時期の学習値が算出され、その学習値に応じて燃料噴射が実行される。したがって、学習完了後は運転開始当初から適切な燃料噴射時期での燃料噴射が可能となる。
図1及び図2は本発明の一実施形態にかかる内燃機関及びその制御装置の構成を示す図である。以下両図を合わせて参照して説明する。4気筒を有する内燃機関(以下単に「エンジン」という)1は、燃焼室内に燃料を直接噴射するディーゼルエンジンであり、各気筒の燃焼室に燃料噴射弁6が設けられている。燃料噴射弁6は、電子制御ユニット(以下「ECU」という)4に電気的に接続されており、燃料噴射弁6の開弁時間及び開弁時期、すなわち燃料噴射時間及び燃料噴射時期は、ECU4により制御される。

ここでaは0から1の間の値に設定されるなまし係数、右辺のDCAMLRN(i,j)は、更新前のマップ設定値である。
セタン価推定部68は、着火遅れ角DCAMFをエンジン回転数NEを用いて、着火遅れ時間TDFMに変換し、着火遅れ時間TDFMに応じて図8に示すCETテーブルを検索し、セタン価CETを算出する。セタン価推定部68は、さらにセタン価CETを下記式(2)に適用し、セタン価学習値CETLRNを算出する。

ここで、αは0から1の間の値に設定されるなまし係数、右辺のCETLRNは、前回算出値である。

ここで、CETHは、上述したGAMマップの設定の基準とした高セタン価燃料のセタン価(例えば57)である。したがって、セタン価学習値CETLRNが基準高セタン価CETHに等しいときは、補正係数KCETは「0」となり、基準低セタン価CET0に等しいときは、補正係数KCETは「1.0」となる。

Claims (3)
- 圧縮着火型の内燃機関の燃焼室に設けられ、該燃焼室に燃料を噴射する燃料噴射手段と、排気の一部を吸気系に還流する排気還流手段とを備える内燃機関の制御装置において、
前記機関の運転状態に応じて設定された、前記燃料噴射手段による燃料噴射時期を格納した燃料噴射時期記憶手段と、
前記機関運転状態を検出する運転状態検出手段と、
前記燃料噴射時期記憶手段に格納された燃料噴射時期を、検出した機関運転状態に応じて検索して燃料噴射時期を決定し、前記燃料噴射手段による燃料噴射を実行する燃料噴射制御手段と、
前記機関の運転状態に応じて設定された、前記燃焼室内に噴射された燃料の目標着火時期を格納した着火時期記憶手段と、
前記燃焼室内に噴射された燃料の実着火時期を検出する着火時期検出手段と、
前記目標着火時期に対する実着火時期の着火遅れを算出する着火遅れ算出手段と、
該着火遅れ算出手段が算出した着火遅れに応じて、燃料噴射時期補正量を算出する燃料噴射時期補正量算出手段とを備え、
前記着火遅れ算出手段は、前記機関の要求トルク及び回転数によって決まる、前記実着火時期の正確な検出が可能な所定運転領域において、前記排気還流手段による排気還流を停止した状態または前記機関の図示平均有効圧変動率が通常レベルとなるまで排気還流量を減量した状態で、前記着火遅れの算出を行い、
前記燃料噴射制御手段は、前記燃料噴射時期補正量により前記燃料噴射時期を補正し、補正された燃料噴射時期に応じて燃料噴射を実行することを特徴とする内燃機関の制御装置。 - 前記燃料噴射時期補正量算出手段は、前記着火遅れの学習値を算出する着火遅れ学習値算出手段を備え、前記着火遅れの学習値を用いて前記燃料噴射時期補正量を算出することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。
- 前記燃料噴射制御手段は、前記補正された燃料噴射時期の学習値を算出する燃料噴射時期学習手段を備え、前記燃料噴射時期の学習値に応じて燃料噴射を実行することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の内燃機関の制御装置。
