Description
前記アンテナからの電磁波を搬送路上の前記無線タグに向けて反射する反射板を有し、
前記反射板は、前記搬送路の長さ方向に沿って複数の反射面を有し、
前記複数の反射面は、通信に用いる電磁波のほぼ1/4波長ずれた位置に配置したことを特徴とする。

前記電磁波を送出して、前記無線タグから送信された前記搬送物の識別情報を受信するアンテナと、
前記搬送路に沿って設置されて前記電磁波を反射し、前記電磁波の反射波の干渉によって生じる干渉領域が、前記搬送物の搬送に伴って、前記搬送路上で移動するように、前記電磁波を反射する反射面が複数の反射面によって構成された複数の反射板と、を備えた構成としてもよいものである。
前記電磁波を送出して、前記無線タグから送信された前記搬送物の識別情報を受信するアンテナと、
前記搬送路に沿って設置されて前記電磁波を反射する反射面を有する複数の反射板と、 前記電磁波の反射波の干渉によって生じる干渉領域が、前記搬送物の搬送に伴って前記搬送路上で移動するように前記複数の反射板を制御する反射板制御部と、を備えた構成としてもよいものである。
前記電磁波を送出して、前記無線タグから送信された前記搬送物の識別情報を受信するアンテナと、
前記電磁波を反射し、前記電磁波の反射波の干渉によって生じる干渉領域が、前記搬送物の搬送に伴って、前記搬送路上で移動するように、前記反射面と前記搬送路との角度が設定され、前記搬送路に沿って設置された反射板とを備えた構成としてもよいものである。
(実施形態1)
台車8は、図1に示すように、搬送路5を−X方向からX方向に移動する。台車8が電磁波放射領域E1に位置する場合、アンテナ切り替え装置25は、扉センサ26,27から台車通過検知信号が供給されないため、アンテナ21、リーダライタ11を選択する。
実施形態2に係るRFID通信システムは、反射板を搬送路に沿って搬送路の両側に設置するようにしたものである。
台車8が電磁波放射領域E1から移動して、扉センサ26の検知バー26aを付勢すると、扉センサ26は、台車通過検知信号をアンテナ切り替え装置25に供給する。
(実施形態3)
例えば、搬送路5の長さ方向(X方向)に沿って位置する反射板4の反射面は、2個に限られるものではなく、複数であってもよいものである。反射板4の反射面が2個である場合、2個の反射面は搬送路5の幅方向(Y方向)に、通信に用いる電磁波のほぼ1/4波長だけずれた位置に配置される。反射板4の反射面が3個以上、すなわち、N(Nは自然数、N≧3)個の反射面を有していてもよいものである。この場合、複数の反射面の相互間の間隔は、通信に用いる電磁波のほぼ1/4波長の長さを(N−1)で割った間隔、すなわち1/4・{1/(N−1)}の間隔で搬送路5の幅方向(Y方向)への位置をずらせて配置する。

Claims (7)
- 搬送路上の長さ方向に移送される物品に取り付けられた無線タグと、前記搬送路に向けて電磁波を放射するアンテナとの間で通信を行う無線通信システムであって、
前記アンテナからの電磁波を搬送路上の前記無線タグに向けて反射する反射板を有し、
前記反射板は、前記搬送路の長さ方向に沿って複数の反射面を有し、搬送路の鉛直方向に複数組備えられ、
前記複数の反射面は搬送路の長さ方向に平行で、隣り合う前記反射面は搬送路の幅方向に通信に用いる電磁波のほぼ1/4波長ずれた位置に配置されることを特徴とする無線通信システム。 - 前記複数の反射面は、搬送路の鉛直方向の反射に対する傾斜角度を異ならせて配置されている、請求項1に記載の無線通信システム。
- 前記反射面はさらに、搬送路の幅方向、斜め方向の少なくとも一方向に往復移動する、請求項1に記載の無線通信システム。
- 前記反射面は、搬送路の長さ方向に沿い水平軸の周りに往復回転する、請求項1に記載の無線通信システム。
- 前記反射面は、搬送路の長さ方向と交差する方向に角度をもって配置されている、請求項1に記載の無線通信システム。
- 前記反射面は、搬送路上の物品に対して末広がるテーパ形状に組み合わされた、請求項1に記載の無線通信システム。
- 搬送路上の長さ方向に移送される物品に取り付けられた無線タグと、前記搬送路に向けて電磁波を放射するアンテナとの間で通信を行う無線通信方法であって、
前記反射板の複数の反射面は搬送路の長さ方向に平行で複数の面を備え且つ搬送路の鉛直方向に複数組備えられ、隣り合う前記反射面は搬送路の幅方向に通信に用いる電磁波のほぼ1/4波長ずれた位置に配置され、
前記アンテナからの電磁波を搬送路上の前記無線タグに向けて前記反射板の反射面で反射させることを特徴とする無線通信方法。
