Claims (4)
- 第1の基板と、この第1の基板上に形成された無機ガラスとフォトポリマーを主成分とするハイブリッド材料層と、このハイブリッド材料層上に形成され、熱又は紫外線硬化されたフォトポリマー層と、このフォトポリマー層上に、該フォトポリマー層に接触して配置され、該フォトポリマー層に接着固定された第2の基板と、を有してなり、前記ハイブリッド材料層とフォトポリマー層の残存ダイナミックレンジ、屈折率、感光感度、吸収係数、単位露光量当たりの収縮率が等しくされていることを特徴とするホログラフィック記録媒体。
- 請求項1において、前記フォトポリマー層の厚さが、前記ハイブリッド材料層と合わせた厚さが均一となるようにされていることを特徴とするホログラフィック記録媒体。
- 請求項1又は2において、前記フォトポリマー層の厚さが、最も厚い部分で5μm〜50μmであることを特徴とするホログラフィック記録媒体。
- 第1の基板上に、無機ガラスネットワークにフォトポリマーを充填してなる液状のハイブリッド材料を塗布する工程と、
前記塗布されたハイブリッド材料を、ゲル化し、且つ、乾燥させて、ハイブリッド材料層とする工程と、
前記ハイブリッド材料層の表面に、熱又は光によって硬化する液状のフォトポリマーを塗布する工程と、
前記塗布されたフォトポリマーが硬化する前に、前記第1の基板と平行に、第2の基板を前記フォトポリマーに載せて、前記第1の基板との間に、前記ハイブリッド材料層及びフォトポリマーを挟み込む工程と、
前記挟み込んだ状態で、熱又は光により前記フォトポリマーを硬化させて、フォトポリマー層とする工程と、
を有してなり、前記フォトポリマーは、前記ハイブリッド材料よりも長波長側に感光帯域を持つか、又は熱硬化性を有し、前記フォトポリマーの硬化の工程では、前記ハイブリッド材料層とフォトポリマー層の残存ダイナミックレンジ、屈折率、感光感度、吸収係数、単位露光量当たりの収縮率が等しくなるように硬化させることを特徴とするホログラフィック記録媒体の製造方法。
