Description
本発明では、細胞の接着・伸展及びインテグリン結合を媒介する人間ラミニン5 α3鎖内の活性ドメインを糾明するために、5個の独立的に発現される組み換えLG蛋白質(rLG1〜rLG5)を製造した。

Claims (7)
- 次の群から選択される細胞接着及び伸展を促進するペプチド;
(a)配列番号1のアミノ酸配列で表示されるペプチド;
(b)配列番号14、16〜20のアミノ酸配列で表示される、前記配列番号1のアミノ酸配列で表示されるペプチドの断片;
(c)配列番号21〜23のアミノ酸配列で表示される、前記配列番号1のアミノ酸配列で表示されるペプチドの誘導体。 - 前記誘導体が第12のアルギニンを保存していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の誘導体。
- 前記誘導体が第1のプロリンまたは第2のプロリンを保存していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の誘導体。
- インテグリンα3β1によって細胞の接着・伸展を媒介することを特徴とする請求項1に記載のペプチド。
- 請求項1に記載のペプチド、その断片または誘導体を有効性分として含有する創傷の治療、火傷の治療、組織の再生または癌転移の抑制用の組成物。
- 請求項1に記載のペプチド、その断片または誘導体を含む創傷被覆材。
- 請求項1に記載のペプチド、その断片または誘導体を含む組織工学用支持体。
