Description
図6に示したように、従来の液面レベル検出装置91Aは、樹脂製のフレーム92、金属製のフロートアーム93、樹脂製のアームホルダ94、コンタクトプレート95、被測定液体に対して浮力を有し、フロートアーム93の先端に取り付けられたフロートおよび抵抗板を搭載した回路基板97等から構成されている。
図8に示したように、接点95aは、直径の大きい下方部分98と直径の小さい上方部分99とからなり、この下方部分98と上方部分99の間に環状溝部分100が設けられ、この環状溝部分100がコンタクトプレート95に開けられた穴と嵌合している。そして下方部分98の下面が導体部97aに接触するようになっている。
前記コンタクトプレートの前記接点は、前記配線基板への前記アームホルダ組付け時に、前記抵抗板上を前記第1方向と略直交する第2方向に摺動し、前記接点接触用の導体パターンは、前記配線基板への前記アームホルダ組付け時に前記コンタクトプレートの前記接点が摺動する部分であり、前記第2方向に沿って形成されるとともに、前記接点が前記基板に接しない程度の隙間を有する網目状に形成されていることを特徴とする。
また、前記構成の液面レベル検出装置によれば、導体パターンが、接点の挿入方向(第2方向)に沿って形成されているので、複雑な構造の変更を経ることなく簡単な構成により接点を保護することができる。
また、導体パターンを形成する導体ペーストを削減することができる。また、組み付け時に接点にゴミ等の異物が付着している場合には、異物除去効果も得ることができる。

Claims (2)
- 回転軸部を中心に回動する回動部によって形成され、先端部にフロートを有するフロートアームと、
該フロートアームを保持して前記回転軸部を中心に回動させるアームホルダと、
該アームホルダに固定され、前記フロートアームの前記回動部に連動するコンタクトプレートと、
該コンタクトプレートの先端部に設けられた接点と、
該接点が摺動して液面レベルを検出する導体部を有し、配線基板上に形成された抵抗板と、を備えた液面レベル検出装置であって、
前記配線基板への前記アームホルダ組付け時に前記コンタクトプレート先端の前記接点が接触する前記配線基板上の一部に前記導体部とは別に接点接触用の導体パターンが形成され、
前記導体部は、液面レベル検出時に、前記コンタクトプレートの前記接点が摺動する第1方向に沿って形成され、
前記コンタクトプレートの前記接点は、前記配線基板への前記アームホルダ組付け時に、前記抵抗板上を前記第1方向と略直交する第2方向に摺動し、
前記接点接触用の導体パターンは、前記配線基板への前記アームホルダ組付け時に前記コンタクトプレートの前記接点が摺動する部分であり、前記第2方向に沿って形成されるとともに、前記接点が前記基板に接しない程度の隙間を有する網目状に形成されている
ことを特徴とする液面レベル検出装置。 - 前記導体部は複数形成され、複数の前記導体部が前記回転軸部を中心に同心に半径方向に離間して配置され、複数の前記導体部の間に前記導体パターンが形成されている
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液面レベル検出装置。
