Claims (4)
- 固定多孔板または固定充填物と外力によって移動し得る可動多孔板または可動充填物とから構成されるトレイまたは充填物が配置された蒸留塔を用いて多成分を含む原料を蒸留する方法であって、(1)該可動多孔板または可動充填物を操作して蒸留中に中間成分を溜める工程、および(2)該中間成分を液として抜き出す工程を含む、蒸留方法。
- 前記蒸留塔が、塔底に設けられた液の抜出部またはチムニーとチムニーに連通する液の抜出部を備え、前記可動多孔板または可動充填物を操作してトレイ上または充填物中に液が滞留しない状態で蒸留することにより、塔底またはチムニーに中間成分を溜め、該抜出部から抜き出す工程を含む、請求項1に記載の蒸留方法。
- さらに、(3)前記中間成分を抜き出した後、トレイまたは充填物をもとの状態に戻して塔頂から蒸気を還流させ、次の成分を回収する工程を含む、請求項2に記載の方法。
- 残りの成分について、さらに工程(1)から(3)を繰り返す、請求項3に記載の方法。
