Claims (4)
- 少なくとも1ヶ所で互いに連通する2つの蒸留塔を備え、該2つの蒸留塔の少なくとも一方の蒸留塔内の、他の蒸留塔との下端接続部よりも上部に、固定多孔板と外力によって移動し得る可動多孔板とから構成されるトレイであって、該可動多孔板の移動により開孔比が変動し、圧力損失量が調整されるトレイが配置され、該可動多孔板を移動させることによって、一方の蒸留塔から他方の蒸留塔への蒸気の流量調整が行われるように構成された、蒸留装置。
- 前記一方の蒸留塔の中間部に原料供給口を設け、前記トレイが該原料供給口の上部および/または下部に配置されている、請求項1に記載の蒸留装置。
- 蒸留塔のほぼ中央部を中心にして中仕切りが配置され、それによって蒸留塔内の一部が縦方向に分割されて2つの空間が形成された蒸留塔を備え、該少なくとも一方の空間に固定多孔板と外力によって移動し得る可動多孔板とから構成されるトレイであって、該可動多孔板の移動により開孔比が変動し、圧力損失量が調整されるトレイが配置され、該可動多孔板を移動させることによって、一方の空間から他方の空間への蒸気の流量調整が行われるように構成された、蒸留装置。
- 前記一方の空間を形成する塔壁の中間部には原料供給口を設け、該原料供給口を中心に、あるいは該原料供給口の上部および/または下部に前記トレイが配置されている、請求項3に記載の蒸留装置。
