Claims (4)
- 車両の運転者により選択された制御モードを検知するための検知手段と、
前記運転者により操作される部材の操作量および前記操作量の変化率の少なくともいずれかがしきい値を超えたことに基づいて前記運転者の好む前記部材の操作に対する前記車両の応答性の程度を示す設定レベルを推定するための推定手段と、
前記設定レベルに基づいて、前記車両を制御するための制御手段とを含み、
前記制御モードは、車両走行性重視の第1の制御モードと、経済性重視の第2の制御モードおよび快適性重視の第3の制御モードの中の少なくとも1つ以上の制御モードとを含み、
前記推定手段は、前記第1の制御モードが選択されていることが前記検知手段によって検知された場合には、前記第2の制御モードおよび前記第3の制御モードのいずれかが選択されている場合に比べて、前記しきい値を低く設定する、車両の制御装置。 - 前記推定手段は、前記操作量および前記操作量の変化率の少なくともいずれかが前記しきい値を超えた回数がカウントしきい値を超えたことに基づいて、前記設定レベルを推定し、
前記推定手段は、前記第1の制御モードが選択されている場合には、前記第2の制御モードおよび前記第3の制御モードのいずれかが選択されている場合に比べて、前記しきい値および前記カウントしきい値を低く設定する、請求項1に記載の車両の制御装置。 - 前記制御手段は、前記設定レベルの値が大きいほど、車両に搭載された動力源と前記動力源に接続された自動変速機とを応答性が良くなるように制御する、請求項1または2に記載の車両の制御装置。
- 前記制御装置は、前記運転者の操作および前記設定レベルに基づいて、車両が発生すべき要求駆動力を算出するための算出手段をさらに含み、
前記制御手段は、前記要求駆動力を実現するように、前記動力源および前記自動変速機の少なくともいずれかを制御する、請求項3に記載の車両の制御装置。
