Claims (2)
- 外周面に螺旋状のボール転動溝が形成されたねじ軸と、このねじ軸が挿通する貫通孔を有すると共に、かかる貫通孔の内周面に螺旋状の負荷転動溝が形成されたナット部材と、前記ねじ軸のボール転動溝とナット部材の負荷転動溝で囲まれた負荷通路の内部を荷重を負荷しながら転動する複数のボールと、前記ナット部材の軸方向両端に装着されると共に前記負荷通路の両端を塞ぐストッパ部材とを備え、
個々のボールは他のボールの動きに拘束されることなく独立して前記負荷通路内を転動可能であり、且つ、
前記負荷通路内に収容されたボールがナット部材の軸方向へ転動し得る最大距離をd、前記ねじ軸に対するナット部材の有効ストローク量をDとした場合、

前記ストッパ部材は金属薄板から形成され、前記ナット部材の軸方向の両端に固定される円盤状のベース部と、このベース部から起立すると共に前記負荷通路に差し込まれる薄板状の支持部と、このボール支持部の先端から起立すると共に負荷通路を転動してきたボールを受け止めるボール受部とを備えていることを特徴とするボールねじ装置。 - 前記ねじ軸のボール転動溝が複数条形成される一方、前記ナット部材の負荷転動溝が複数条形成され、
前記ストッパ部材には前記ねじ軸のボール転動溝に対応したボール支持部が複数形成される一方、各ボール支持部に形成されたボール受け部が複数形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1記載のボールねじ装置。
