Description
Claims (13)
- パッケージ内に配置され、溝状パターンと、入口及び出口の接続部とを有する複数のプレートを含む熱交換器であって、前記プレートは、互いにろう付けされて2つの媒体(A,B)に対し個別のダクト、すなわち、第1媒体(A)を第1プレート対の間に流せるように構成されている第1ダクトセット、および第2媒体(B)を別のプレート対の間に流せるように構成されている第2ダクトセットを形成し、前記熱交換器は、少なくとも1つの範囲限定ゾーン(1)が前記パッケージ内においてバリア(3)により画定され、前記バリア(3)は、前記第1媒体用の前記第1ダクトセット内の領域を遮断せず、前記第2媒体(B)用の前記第2ダクトセット内の領域を遮断し、前記ゾーン(1)は、前記第1ダクトセットと前記第2ダクトセットとの間に配置された交差通路の形をした入口(5)及び(第1媒体(A)自身を)前記第1媒体(A)と熱交換しながら前記範囲限定ゾーン(1)内の前記領域を通って前記第1媒体(A)を循環させるようにするための出口(11)を有することを特徴とする熱交換器。
- 請求項1に記載された熱交換器であって、少なくとも1つの別の出口(6、7)が、前記第1ダクトセットに配置され、かつ液体のみを通過させるように配置された外側の弁(8)に接続されていることを特徴とする熱交換器。
- 請求項1又は2に記載された熱交換器であって、前記交差通路(5)が、前記それぞれのプレートに配置されているスリットであることを特徴とする熱交換器。
- 請求項1から3のいずれか1つに記載された熱交換器であって、前記プレートが略長方形をしており、前記範囲限定ゾーン(1)が前記プレートの1つのコーナーに存在することを特徴とする熱交換器。
- 請求項4に記載された熱交換器であって、前記交差通路(5)が前記プレートの中央近傍の端縁部に接近して配置され、前記範囲限定ゾーンの前記出口(11)が前記交差通路(5)の斜め方向に配置されていることを特徴とする熱交換器。
- 請求項1から5のいずれか1つに記載された熱交換器であって、前記第1ダクトセットにおいて、前記第1媒体(A)の流速を下げることができる空間状の分離領域(10)が配置されていることを特徴とする熱交換器。
- 請求項6に記載された熱交換器であって、前記分離領域(10)が、溝のない平坦な領域の形で配置されていることを特徴とする熱交換器。
- 請求項6又は7に記載された熱交換器であって、多数の分離領域(10)が、前記プレートにおいて前記範囲限定ゾーン(1)の外側に配置されていることを特徴とする熱交換器。
- 請求項2から8のいずれか1つに記載された熱交換器であって、収集用隆起部(9)が、前記プレートにおいて前記範囲限定ゾーン(1)の外側に存在し、前記第1ダクトセットに配置される第2の別の出口(7)に凝縮液体を導くために配置され、液体のみを通過させるように配置された外側の弁(8)に接続されていることを特徴とする熱交換器。
- 請求項6に記載された熱交換器であって、前記収集用隆起部(9)が留め金状をしており、前記第2の別の出口(7)が前記留め金部分に配置されていることを特徴とする熱交換器。
- 湿性媒体を乾燥する方法であって、前記第1媒体(A)としての前記湿性媒体および前記第2媒体(B)としての冷却材を、請求項2から10のいずれか1つに記載された熱交換器において循環させることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項11に記載された方法であって、前記湿性媒体が水含有圧縮空気であることを特徴とする方法。
- 請求項11又は12に記載された方法であって、前記冷却材が商標Freonなどのフッ素化炭化水素であることを特徴とする方法。
