Claims (5)
- アノードとカソード間に挟持された電解質膜での電極反応によって発電する燃料電池と、該燃料電池に冷却液を循環させて冷却する冷却系を備えた燃料電池システムにおいて、
前記燃料電池入口の冷却液温度を検出する入口冷却液温度検出手段と、
前記燃料電池出口の冷却液温度を検出する出口冷却液温度検出手段と、
前記検出された燃料電池入口の冷却液温度及び燃料電池出口の冷却液温度に応じて、燃料電池からの取出電力または取出電流に制限をかける出力制限手段とを備え、
前記出力制限手段は、
燃料電池入口の冷却液温度に応じて電力制限値または電流制限値である出力制限値を演算する出力制限値演算部と、
燃料電池出口の冷却液温度から燃料電池出口の目標制限温度を減算した偏差が大きいほど電力制限値または電流制限値が小さくなるように補正する出力制限値補正部と、
前記補正された電力制限値または電流制限値に基づいて燃料電池からの取出電力または取出電流に制限をかける制限部と、
を備えたことを特徴とする燃料電池の出力制限装置。 - 前記出力制限値補正部は、
燃料電池出口の冷却液温度と燃料電池出口の目標制限温度との偏差と該偏差の時間積分値とに応じて、電力制限値または電流制限値を補正することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料電池の出力制限装置。 - 前記入口温度補正部または前記出力制限値補正部における前記偏差の時間積分値の演算は、燃料電池出口冷却液温度が目標制限温度より所定温度低い温度以上になっているときに実施することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の燃料電池の出力制限装置。
- 前記時間積分値の演算は、燃料電池出口冷却液温度が目標制限温度より所定温度低い温度未満になっているときには、前記時間積分を一時停止し、積分演算値を保持することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の燃料電池の出力制限装置。
- 前記時間積分値の演算には、下限値リミッタを設定することを特徴とする請求項2乃至請求項4の何れか1項に記載の燃料電池の出力制限装置。
