Claims (7)
- 中央孔を有した略円筒状のローラーと、管状で上記ローラーの中央孔に挿入結合され、一端部側に軸線方向に平行な複数のスリットを備えた中間軸と、一端部側が上記スリットで覆われるように上記中間軸内に挿通された円柱状で、その両端部には、それぞれの下面側に軸線に平行な平面部ならびにその平面部の各上面側に45度傾斜した傾斜面が備えられ、上記平面部どうしは並行関係に位置し、上記傾斜面どうしはハの字状で対向するように形成された透明材料製の導光軸と、その導光軸の他端部側を固定支持すると共に、上記中間軸を介して上記ローラーを回転自在に保持する左右のホルダーと、上記導光軸の一端部側の下方位置に備えられた受光素子、および上記導光軸の他端部側の下方位置に備えられた発光素子とを備え、上記発光素子から発光された光が、上記導光軸の他端部側の平面部から上記導光軸内に入り、上記ハの字状に対向した傾斜面それぞれで反射して上記導光軸の一端部側の平面部から上記導光軸の外へ導かれて、上記中間軸のスリットを通過したものを上記受光素子で検出する回転型エンコーダ。
- 中間軸のスリットを備えた一端部側下方に、透明材料からなる導光ガイドを備えた請求項1記載の回転型エンコーダ。
- 導光ガイドの外側面全周にアルミニウム被膜からなる反射膜を形成した請求項2記載の回転型エンコーダ。
- 導光軸両端部の傾斜面にアルミニウム被膜からなる反射膜を形成した請求項1記載の回転型エンコーダ。
- 中間軸とローラーを絶縁樹脂で一体形成した請求項1記載の回転型エンコーダ。
- 中間軸を金属管製とし、ローラーへの固定用の固着部をアウトサート成形により樹脂で形成した請求項1記載の回転型エンコーダ。
- ローラーの一方の端部およびそれに対向する方のホルダーのそれぞれに、外形が円環状で、その周上においてS極N極が交互に構成された磁石を、対向状態となるように近接対峙させて装着し、上記ローラーの回転に伴って発生する上記磁石どうしの引力と斥力で回転時のクリック感を発生させるようにした請求項1記載の回転型エンコーダ。
