Description
本発明の別の目的は、偏析を起こさず、高価なモリブデンの合金量を現在使用されている方法と比較して低減できる粉末を提供することである。
本発明の別の目的は、高い溶着効率を有し、優れた被覆品質を与える熱被覆粉末を提供することである。
本発明の別の目的は、適当な気孔率と酸化物含有率とを有する被膜であって、気孔が概ね閉じて孤立しており、気孔径が有利な範囲にある被覆を作製できる熱被覆粉末を提供することである。
水アトマイズした鉄粉末(Fe−3Cr−0.5Mo)〜71μm
三酸化モリブデンMoO3 (平均粒径 3〜7μm)
92.46%の水アトマイズ粉(Fe−3Cr−0.5Mo粉末)および7.54%のMoO3 とがレディゲ(Loedige)混合機で一緒に混合され、以下の熱処理が施された。
温度:820℃
時間:60分
雰囲気:還元雰囲気(H2,N2,CO2およびこれらのガスの混合物)
熱処理後、粉末の固まりが粉砕され、75μm未満の粒径をふるい分けた。
Claims (13)
- 基材に熱被覆するための金属粉末の使用において、
該金属粉末が、実質的に、母材の粉末粒体にモリブデン粒体を拡散合金化により予め合金化された鉄基粉末粒体からなり、
前記モリブデン粒体が、三酸化モリブデンの還元により得られ、
前記母材の粉末粒体に拡散合金化されるモリブデンの量が、金属粉末の2〜15重量%である、基材の熱被覆用金属粉末の使用。 - 前記母材の粉末粒体に拡散合金化されるモリブデンの量が、金属粉末の3〜10重量%である、請求項1に記載された基材の熱被覆用金属粉末の使用。
- 前記母材の粉末粒体に拡散合金化されるモリブデンの量が、金属粉末の4〜10重量%である請求項1又は請求項2に記載された基材の熱被覆用金属粉末の使用。
- 基材に熱被覆するための金属粉末において、
該金属粉末が、実質的に、母材の粉末粒体にモリブデン粒体を拡散合金化により予め合金化された鉄基粉末粒体からなり、
前記モリブデン粒体が、三酸化モリブデンの還元により得られ、
前記母材の粉末粒体に拡散合金化されるモリブデン量が、金属粉末の4〜15重量%である、基材の熱被覆用金属粉末。 - 前記母材の粉末粒体に拡散合金化されるモリブデン量が、金属粉末の4〜10重量%である請求項4に記載された基材の熱被覆用金属粉末。
- 前記予め合金化される母材粉末がガス・アトマイズ粉である請求項4または請求項5に記載された基材の熱被覆用金属粉末。
- 前記母材粉末が水アトマイズ粉である請求項4または請求項5に記載された基材の熱被覆用金属粉末。
- 前記予め合金化される母材粉末が、炭素、珪素、マンガン、クロム、モリブデン、バナジウム、およびタングステンから成る群から選択された少なくとも一つの成分を含む請求項4から請求項7までのいずれか1項に記載された基材の熱被覆用金属粉末。
- 前記母材粉末の粒径が500ミクロン未満である請求項4から請求項8までのいずれか1項に記載された基材の熱被覆用金属粉末。
- 前記母材粉末の粒径が25〜210ミクロンである請求項4から請求項9までのいずれか1項に記載された基材の熱被覆用金属粉末。
- 前記母材粉末の粒径が90ミクロン未満である請求項4から請求項10までのいずれか1項に記載された基材の熱被覆用金属粉末。
- 前記母材粉末の粒径が65ミクロン未満である請求項4から請求項11までのいずれか1項に記載された基材の熱被覆用金属粉末。
- アルミニウム基材に熱被覆するためのものである請求項4から請求項12までのいずれか1項に記載された基材の熱被覆用金属粉末。
