- 患者の少なくとも1つの被検体を検出する装置であって、
複数の活性電極であって、前記活性電極が前記被検体に到達するのに十分であり、かつ神経終末が存在する真皮の深さより小さい深さまで角質層を通り抜け、前記被検体の電気化学的検出を可能とするように構成される長さを有する活性電極と、

- 前記活性電極は、前記ベース部分を越えて自動的に突出可能であり、前記ベース部分内に自動的に引き込み可能であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記活性電極は、前記ベース部分を越えて手動で突出可能であり、前記ベース部分内に自動的に引き込み可能であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記補助電極は、前記患者の皮膚に接触するのに適している研磨された表面を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記補助電極は、前記患者の皮膚に接触しているとき、角質層内に入るのに適していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの被検体又は前記患者に関連する情報を記憶するのに適しているデータ記憶領域をさらに備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記装置と外部装置との間で情報を交信するのに適している通信装置をさらに備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記装置は、時間中に前記患者により身に着けるのに適していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記装置は、前記活性電極の前記長さが、前記活性電極が構成要素に到達するのに十分な前記深さまで角質層を通過することを可能とし、パラメータの電気化学的検出を可能としているので、前記患者の少なくとも1つのパラメータを検出するのにさらに適しており、
前記少なくとも1つの被検体及び前記少なくとも1つのパラメータは、
電解質、酸素、酸化窒素、乳酸塩、インスリン、神経伝達物質、少なくとも1つの薬剤、患者の血液中のpHレベル、患者の体温、患者の皮膚の抵抗、グルコース・オキシダーゼ、グルコース・デヒドロゲナーゼ、及びラクテート・デヒドロゲナーゼ
の内の少なくとも1つを含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 - 複数の前記活性電極をさらに備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記補助電極は、前記活性電極を略完全に取り囲むように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記補助電極は、そこから前記活性電極が突出する表面に隣接する前記ベース部分の表面の少なくとも一部に結合されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記活性電極は、該電極に印加される電位を有し、前記被検体の電気化学的検出を可能とするのにさらに適していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記被検体は、電気化学的に活性であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記被検体は、酸化窒素、神経伝達物質、インスリン、及び酸素から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記活性電極は、アンチモン、ルテニウム、ロジウム、白金、パラジウム、黒鉛、金、及びそれらの酸化物から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記活性電極から前記活性電極と前記補助電極のいずれかの部分との間の距離と等しいかそれ以下の距離だけ離れて配置される少なくとも1つの基準電極をさらに備え、
前記基準電極は、前記活性電極に印加される前記電位に対して基準電位を提供するのに適していることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。 - 使用に際し、順次的に配置されるのに適している複数の活性電極をさらに備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記複数の活性電極は、使用後収容されることを特徴とする請求項20に記載の装置。
- 装置と一体の送出装置をさらに備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記装置及び前記送出装置は、互いに連通し、前記送出装置が患者に送出する物質の投与を制御するのに適していることを特徴とする請求項22に記載の装置。
- 患者の少なくとも1つの被検体を検出する装置であって、
複数の活性電極であって、前記活性電極が前記被検体に到達するのに十分であり、かつ神経終末が存在する真皮の深さより小さい深さまで角質層を通り抜けるように構成される長さを有する活性電極と、
少なくとも1つの被検体と反応し、少なくとも1つの電気化学的活性生成物を生成することができる、前記活性電極の少なくとも一部に隣接する少なくとも1つの物質と、
前記活性電極各々を少なくとも部分的に取り囲むように構成され、装置が前記患者に対して配置され、前記少なくとも1つの被検体を検出するために操作されるとき、前記患者の皮膚の表面に接触するように構成されている補助電極と、
を備え、
前記複数の活性電極は、前記装置の少なくとも1つの活性位置に順次配置されるように構成されていることを特徴とする装置。 - 前記補助電極は、前記活性電極を略完全に取り囲むように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項24に記載の装置。
- 前記装置は、前記補助電極と一体のベース部分をさらに含んでおり、
前記活性電極は、前記被検体に到達するのに十分な長さのために、前記ベース部分を越えて突出可能であることを特徴とする請求項24に記載の装置。 - 前記活性電極は、前記ベース部分内に引き込み可能であることを特徴とする請求項26に記載の装置。
- 前記活性電極は、前記ベース部分を越えて自動的に突出可能であり、前記ベース部分内に自動的に引き込み可能であることを特徴とする請求項27に記載の装置。
- 前記活性電極は、前記ベース部分を越えて手動で突出可能であり、前記ベース部分内に自動的に引き込み可能であることを特徴とする請求項27に記載の装置。
- 前記補助電極は、前記患者の皮膚に接触するのに適している研磨された表面を有することを特徴とする請求項24に記載の装置。
- 前記補助電極は、前記患者の皮膚に接触しているとき、角質層に入るのに適していることを特徴とする請求項24に記載の装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの被検体又は前記患者に関連する情報を記憶するのに適しているデータ記憶領域をさらに備えていることを特徴とする請求項24に記載の装置。
- 前記装置と外部装置との間で情報を交信するのに適している通信装置をさらに備えていることを特徴とする請求項24に記載の装置。
- 前記装置は、時間中に前記患者により装着されるのに適していることを特徴とする請求項24に記載の装置。
- 前記装置は、前記活性電極の前記長さが、前記活性電極が構成要素に到達するのに十分な前記深さまで角質層を通過することを可能とし、パラメータの電気化学的検出を可能としているので、前記患者の少なくとも1つのパラメータを検出するのにさらに適しており、

の内の少なくとも1つを含んでいることを特徴とする請求項24に記載の装置。 - 複数の前記活性電極をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項24に記載の装置。
- 前記補助電極は、前記活性電極がそこから突出する表面に隣接する前記ベース部分の表面の少なくとも一部に結合されていることを特徴とする請求項24に記載の装置。
- 前記活性電極は、該電極に印加される電位を有し、前記患者の前記被検体と前記物質との間の反応が少なくとも1つの電気化学的活性生成物を生成するのにさらに適していることを特徴とする請求項24に記載の装置。
- 前記活性電極から前記活性電極と前記補助電極のいずれかの部分との間の距離と等しいかそれ以下の距離だけ離れて配置される少なくとも1つの基準電極をさらに備え、
前記基準電極は、前記活性電極に印加される前記電位に対する基準電位として作用するのに適していることを特徴とする請求項24に記載の装置。 - 前記物質は、グルコース・オキシダーゼ、グルコース・デヒドロゲナーゼ、及び電気化学的に敏感な受容体から選択されることを特徴とする請求項24に記載の装置。
- 使用に際し、順次的に配置されるのに適している複数の活性電極をさらに備えていることを特徴とする請求項24に記載の装置。
- 前記複数の活性電極は、使用後収容されることを特徴とする請求項41に記載の装置。
- 装置と一体の送出装置をさらに備えていることを特徴とする請求項24に記載の装置。
- 前記装置及び前記送出装置は、互いに連通し、前記送出装置が患者に送出する物質の投与を制御するのに適していることを特徴とする請求項43に記載の装置。
