BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a refillable pouch for sealing a fluid content such as a liquid material and transferring the content to another container during use. More specifically, the content is relatively high in viscosity. Even so, when pouring out, the pouch can be poured from the top to the bottom while gradually folding in half in the vertical direction, so that the contents can be easily squeezed out even at the final stage. The present invention relates to a refillable pouch having an improved pouch shape.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as a refillable pouch that uses liquid contents and other fluid contents in a hermetically sealed manner and transfers the contents to another container during use, for example, the width is narrowed to a part of the upper part of the pouch. Protruding shape with a spout part, and embossing the spout part so that the spout part is not blocked during pouring, improving the shape retention of the opening Alternatively, a separate spout made of a plastic molding or the like was attached to a part of the upper part of the pouch by thermal bonding.
[0003]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, a part with a protruding spout with a narrow width is provided at a part of the upper part of the pouch, and the shape of the opening is improved by embossing the spout. Can be used satisfactorily for low-viscosity contents, but when the viscosity of the contents is high, the dispensing speed decreases rapidly, and it takes time to dispense. There was a problem that the contents were likely to remain in the pouch.
[0004]
Also, a separate spout attached to a part of the upper part of the pouch, such as a plastic molded product, can be suitably used when the content has a relatively low viscosity, but when the content has a high viscosity, In addition to the same problems, the pouch manufacturing process increases, the spout itself is expensive, and the empty pouch with the spout increases in thickness, which increases the storage and transportation costs. When filling an object, for example, since the number of empty pouches loaded in the feeder part of the filling machine is greatly reduced, it becomes necessary for the operator to frequently supply empty pouches. There is a problem that the complexity of work increases.
[0005]
The present invention has been made in order to solve such problems, and the object of the present invention is to produce in the same process as a normal pouch without requiring a separate spout by a molded article or the like. It can be manufactured with good quality, the filling of the contents is easy, and even when the contents are used, even the contents with relatively high viscosity can be easily squeezed out and transferred without leaving the contents to the end It is to provide a refillable pouch that is inexpensive and excellent in suitability for use.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The above problems can be solved by the following present invention.
That is, the invention described in
[0007]
The cut line may be displayed by printing, and can be provided in an arbitrary shape depending on the viscosity of the contents and the size of the mouth of the container to be transferred.
Further, the fold line may be a normal line pushing (pushing ruled) shape, which may be either an outward protruding shape or a recessed shape, and its width and height (or depth) may be set appropriately. it can. Such a fold line can be easily provided by an embossing method or various thermoforming methods, and may be provided only on the wall film on one side of the pouch. More preferably, it is provided.
In addition, at the time of printing the cut line, at the same time, printing of a display item or the like related to a design or contents for improving the design property is also performed. Further, when using the contents, a pouch is formed with the folding line. It is preferable to add a picture or explanation indicating that the material is poured while being bent.
[0008]
By adopting such a configuration, when using the contents filled in the pouch, that is, when transferring to another container, first, along the cut line provided at the edge of the upper part of the pouch, The heat seal part of the pouch is cut and opened, and then the upper part of the pouch is first folded in two by a vertical fold line provided in the center part of the pouch, and then poured out at a slant. Even when the entire upper part is opened, the width of the opening is substantially halved, so the contents can be quickly poured out without spilling out, and the contents can be reduced. As a result, the pouch is gradually bent to the lower part of the pouch at the bottom of the pouch so that the entire pouch is halved at the final stage, so even if the viscosity of the contents is relatively high, Squeeze out Combing, it can be replaced quickly and easily transferred without leaving the contents.
[0009]
In the invention described in
The cut line only needs to be able to partially cut the center part of the upper part of the pouch to open the pouch, and the shape thereof can be provided in any shape such as V shape, U shape, semicircular shape, The size, that is, the width and depth of the cut line by the cut line can be appropriately determined depending on the viscosity of the contents, the size of the mouth of the container to be transferred, and the like.
只 After opening, when the pouch is folded at the longitudinal fold line provided in the center, it is more preferable that the cut edges on both sides coincide, and for this purpose, the cut line is symmetrical with respect to the fold line. It is preferable to provide so that.
[0010]
By adopting such a configuration, when pouring out the contents filled in the pouch, the size of the spout should be suitable for the viscosity of the contents and the dimensions of the mouth of the container to be transferred. Therefore, the contents can be transferred more safely .
[0011]
Further, in the invention described in
In this case as well, it is more preferable that the cut edges on both sides coincide when the pouch is folded at the longitudinal folding line provided in the center after opening at the tear line, so that the tear line matches the folding line. On the other hand, it is preferable to provide a symmetrical shape. Therefore, the cut line can be provided in a corner portion on both sides of the upper portion of the pouch, for example, in a shape that forms a square shape. Further, the size of the cut line, that is, the size of the cut edge can be appropriately determined according to the viscosity of the contents, the size of the mouth of the container to be transferred, and the like.
[0012]
Even by adopting such a configuration, when pouring out the contents filled in the pouch, the size of the spout is suitable for the viscosity of the contents and the dimensions of the mouth of the container to be transferred. Therefore, the contents can be transferred more safely .
[0013]
Moreover, in invention described in
[0014]
The easy-opening means is a method of laminating a uniaxially stretched film in a laminated film of a pouch, or a half cut line by laser light irradiation, in addition to a notch often used in ordinary pouches (in this case, a uniaxially stretched film is Used in such a way that the stretching direction coincides with the direction of the cut line), sticking of a cut tape, etc., and these may be used alone, for example, a notch, a half cut line, or a uniaxially stretched film It can also be used in combination as appropriate, such as laminating or attaching a cut tape.
[0015]
When providing a half-cut line, it is not limited to a continuous half-cut line such as a straight line or a curve, but can also be provided by an intermittent half-cut line such as a perforation.
In addition, the number of such half-cut lines may be one, but assuming that the tearing direction is deviated, a plurality of half-cut lines such as one on each side of the center half-cut line or two on each side. Can be provided in parallel.
In addition, although the notch of a 1 shape or a V shape is normally utilized for the said notch, a shape is not specifically limited, What is a shape which has the pointed part in the cutting direction can be used.
[0016]
By adopting such a configuration, when a pouch is opened with a cut line, a tool such as a bag is not required, and the pouch can be easily cut and opened with just a hand.
[0017]
The invention described in
[0018]
By adopting such a configuration, in addition to the operation and effect of the invention described in
[0019]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the invention such as a film used in the refill pouch of the present invention and a method for producing the pouch will be described.
The film used for the refill pouch of the present invention is mainly a laminated film mainly composed of plastic, but is not particularly limited. For example, any of the known laminated films used for various liquid pouches may be used. Can be used.
From these, it is possible to freely select and use one suitable for the use conditions such as the type of contents to be packaged and the presence or absence of heat treatment after filling.
[0020]
The following structures are mentioned as a typical example of the structure of the laminated | multilayer film which can be used preferably.
(1) ON film / adhesive / L / LDPE film (sealant layer)
(2) ON film / adhesive / uniaxially stretched or biaxially stretched HDPE film / adhesive / L / LDPE film (sealant layer)
(3) ON film / adhesive / uniaxially stretched or biaxially stretched PP film / adhesive / L / LDPE film (sealant layer)
(4) ON film / adhesive / uniaxially or biaxially stretched PP film / adhesive / aluminum foil / adhesive / L / LDPE film (sealant layer)
(5) ON film (silica or alumina deposition layer) / adhesive / uniaxially stretched or biaxially stretched HDPE film / adhesive / L / LDPE film (sealant layer)
(6) ON film / anchor coat layer / co-extrusion coat layer (HDPE layer / L / LDPE layer) (sealant layer is L / LDPE layer)
(7) ON film / anchor coat layer / co-extrusion coat layer (HDPE layer / LDPE layer) / adhesive / L / LDPE film (sealant layer)
(8) PET film / adhesive / aluminum foil / adhesive / ON film / adhesive / L / LDPE film (sealant layer)
(9) PET film / adhesive / aluminum foil / adhesive / ON film / adhesive / CPP film (sealant layer)
(10) PET film / adhesive / ON film / adhesive / aluminum foil / adhesive / L / LDPE film (sealant layer)
(11) PET film / adhesive / ON film / adhesive / aluminum foil / adhesive / CPP film (sealant layer)
(12) PET film / adhesive / EVOH film / adhesive / ON film / adhesive / CPP film (sealant layer)
However, the present invention is not limited to these, and various combinations of laminated films can be used.
For example, depending on the use conditions of the pouch, paper or synthetic paper can be laminated on the whole surface or a part of the intermediate layer such as the inner side of the outermost layer of the laminated film.
In that case, since paper or synthetic paper is excellent in whiteness, the printing effect is enhanced and the design can be improved. Moreover, in the case of paper, it is easy to bend, and the effect of a fold line can be further enhanced.
[0021]
In the above, ON film is biaxially stretched nylon film, L / LDPE is linear low density polyethylene, HDPE is high density polyethylene, LDPE is low density polyethylene, PP film is polypropylene film, PET film is biaxially stretched polyethylene terephthalate film EVOH film refers to a saponified ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer film, and CPP film refers to an unstretched polypropylene film.
The anchor coat is a kind of primer coat that is pre-coated on the base film side in order to improve the adhesiveness when the resin is laminated by extrusion coating.
[0022]
In the structure of the laminated film, the outermost ON film and the PET film impart mechanical strength and printability to the pouch as the base film, and the uniaxially stretched HDPE film and uniaxially stretched PP film as the intermediate layer If the tear line when opening is constant, such as in the horizontal direction, the direction of the stretch is stabilized as one of the easy-opening means by using the stretching direction to match the direction of the tear line of the pouch. Can be made. In addition, when the cut line is in a plurality of directions such as an oblique direction and longitudinal and lateral directions, it is preferable to use a biaxially stretched HDPE film or a biaxially stretched PP film as the strength and moisture permeability improving layer.
[0023]
And aluminum foil, a silica or an alumina vapor deposition layer, an EVOH film, etc. are laminated | stacked in order to provide gas barrier property.
In addition, as an example of the sealant layer, two types of L / LDPE film and CPP film were given. However, the L / LDPE film has heat seal stability and content resistance, such as stress cracking resistance against a surfactant. The CPP film is excellent in heat resistance and low odor, and is suitable for packaging contents that require these performances.
[0024]
In addition to the above, the sealant layer has an ethylene / α-olefin copolymer, an ethylene / vinyl acetate copolymer, an ethylene / acrylic acid copolymer, an ethylene / acrylic acid ester copolymer, depending on the content to be filled. An ionomer, a polyester resin, or the like can be appropriately selected and used.
[0025]
In particular, an ethylene / α-olefin copolymer polymerized using a single site catalyst such as a metallocene catalyst has a narrow molecular weight distribution and a stable copolymerization ratio. It has excellent sealing properties, and is suitable for a sealant layer of a pouch having a level difference due to a difference in film overlap in a heat seal portion such as a standing pouch in that pinholes can be prevented from being generated due to omission of a seal.
Furthermore, by using a blend of an olefin elastomer with the copolymer, the heat fluidity of the sealant layer is improved, and the generation of pinholes due to the steps can be more effectively prevented.
[0026]
Next, the manufacturing method of the refillable pouch of the present invention manufactured using the above laminated film will be described.
The shape of the main body portion of the refillable pouch of the present invention is not particularly limited. For example, a standing pouch can be suitably used in addition to a three-side seal type or a four-side seal type pouch. And depending on the type of pouch to be used, using the corresponding bag making machine, easy-opening means such as notches and half-cut lines and notches, and additional configurations such as pouch folding lines Incorporate processing equipment for processing parts, ie, punching equipment, laser light irradiation equipment, embossing equipment, thermoforming equipment including compressed air and vacuum forming, etc. Thus, a pouch can be easily manufactured.
