に関する。BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a pouch for refilling which is used for hermetically packaging contents having fluidity such as a liquid material and transferring the contents to another container at the time of use. While the shape is smart and excellent in design, when pouring out the contents, even if the contents are relatively viscous, the pouch is gradually moved vertically from the top to the bottom so that it can be easily transferred to the end. The present invention relates to a refill pouch having an improved pouch shape so that it can be poured out while being folded in two, and the contents can be easily squeezed out even in the final stage.

Description of the Related Art Conventionally, refillable pouches in which fluid contents such as liquids are sealed and packaged, and the contents are transferred to another container at the time of use, include, for example, a part of the upper part of the pouch. A spout with a protruding shape with a narrower width is provided. Also, the spout is further embossed so that the spout does not block during the pouring. Or a separate spout made of a plastic molding or the like attached by heat bonding to a part of the upper part of the pouch.

When the viscosity of the contents becomes high, there is a problem that the dispensing speed decreases rapidly, it takes a long time to dispense, and the contents are liable to remain in the pouch at the final stage of the dispensing.

If the viscosity of the content is relatively low, it can be suitably used, but the viscosity of the content is high. In addition to the above-mentioned problems, the number of pouch manufacturing processes increases and the spout itself becomes expensive, and the empty pouch with the spout increases in thickness, so that the cost of storage and transportation is also high. When filling the contents, for example, the number of empty pouches to be loaded into the feeder section of the filling machine is greatly reduced, which requires the operator to frequently supply empty pouches, increasing overall costs. In addition, there is a problem that the complexity of the process and the work increases.

That is, the invention described in claim 1 is a pouch in which the peripheral edge portion is heat-sealed in a bag shape, and the content having fluidity is hermetically packaged, and the upper portion of the pouch is narrow in a constricted shape. The pouch is formed to have a width, and a cutout line is formed at an upper edge portion of the pouch to form a spout of the content, and further, when the content is poured out at a central portion of the pouch, A refillable pouch is provided with a vertical folding line for facilitating folding of the pouch.

Depending on the viscosity of the contents and the size of the mouth of the container to be transferred, it may be smaller, for example, provided so that the center of the upper part of the pouch is partially cut into an arbitrary shape such as a V-shape. You can also. Such a cut line may be displayed by printing, and can be easily provided at the same time as printing a pattern on a pouch.

When using the contents filled in the pouch, that is, when transferring to another container, first, along the cut line provided at the edge of the upper part of the pouch, cut off the upper heat seal part Open the pouch, and then fold the top of the pouch in two at first, using the vertical folding line provided in the center of the pouch, and gradually pour it out, so that the top of the pouch has a narrow width , So that even if the entire upper part is opened, the width of the opening is substantially half that of the opening, so that the contents can be safely and quickly poured out without spilling out. it can. Then, according to the weight loss of the content, gradually pour it out along the bending line to the bottom of the pouch, and in the final stage, the entire pouch is half the width, so the viscosity of the content is compared. Even when the target is high, it is easy to squeeze out by hand, and the contents can be quickly and easily transferred without leaving the contents.

Furthermore, by using a blend of the copolymer and an olefin elastomer, the heat fluidity of the sealant layer is improved, and the generation of pinholes due to the steps can be more effectively prevented.

The refill pouch of the present invention is formed with a narrow width in the shape of a constricted upper portion, but this portion is heat-sealed with a seal pattern corresponding to the constricted shape on the side of the pouch, and trimming an excess portion. Thereby, it can be easily formed. Accordingly, the type of the pouch main body is not particularly limited, and for example, it can be easily manufactured as an applied form based on a standing pouch or the like in addition to a three-side seal type or a four-side seal type pouch.

FIG. 5 is a plan view showing a configuration of an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 5 is a main part for explaining a pouring method when the contents filled in the refill pouch shown in FIG. 1 are transferred to another container. It is a perspective view. However, the shape of the pouch is shown at the time when it is close to the final stage of pouring. Refill pouch 100 shown in FIG.
As an application form of the pouch of the four-sided seal type, a bag is made, and the lower edges of the laminated films 1 on both sides which are overlapped so that the sealant layers face each other are heat-sealed by the bottom seal portion 2. Also, as shown in the figure, a seal pattern in which the width of the upper portion of the pouch can be reduced in a curved shape bulging outward from the middle to the upper portion of the pouch as shown in the drawing, that is, the upper portion of the pouch can be formed to have a narrow width. It is heat-sealed by the side seal portions 3, 3 and the outside thereof is trimmed to form a bag having an open top. A longitudinal bending line 6 is provided at the center of the pouch 100, that is, at the center of the laminated film 1 on the wall surface, and is cut in the vicinity of the inside of the upper seal portion 4 along the horizontal direction. A wire 7 is provided, and a notch 8 is provided at an end thereof.

In this case, the filling port of the contents is provided on the upper seal part 4 side, but the bottom seal part 2 is an unsealed opening before filling the contents, so that the bottom seal part 2 side is filled with the contents. It can also be a filling port.

And since it is an application form of a four side seal type pouch, there is no autonomy, but there is an advantage that heat seal stability is good, bag making is easy, productivity is excellent, and it can be manufactured at low cost. Also, the contents can be easily filled from the upper opening, and the upper seal portion 4 can be heat-sealed and sealed.

Next, by the vertical bending line 6 at the center of the pouch,
At first, the upper part of the pouch is folded in two, and as shown in FIG. 5, for example, by gradually tilting the pouch with the folding line 6 on the lower side and pouring it toward the mouth of the container 10,
Since the width of the opening is substantially halved, and the folded opening is poured in an upright form, the contents can be safely and quickly poured without spilling out. Can be.

It can be manufactured with the same process as ordinary pouches with good productivity. The shape of the pouch is soft and smart, similar to a container such as a bottle, and has excellent design, especially the pouch type is a standing pouch type. In this case, the pouch becomes more self-supporting, easy to handle, has an appearance that is close to a bottle or other container, and has excellent design, and it is easy to fill the contents. When transferring to a container, the top of the pouch can be easily cut and opened along the cut line, and the pouch is gradually moved from the top to the bottom by the vertical folding line provided in the center of the pouch. The contents can be poured out while being folded in half, so that even if the contents are relatively viscous, it can be quickly and easily transferred to the end without spilling outside. Kill that is excellent in design properties, an effect which can be provided with good productivity a pouch refill with excellent use suitability inexpensive.
