Description
本発明は、独立請求項の上位概念に記載の形式の、結合部材及び該結合部材に設けられた磁石の磁界の基準線に磁界センサを位置決めするための方法から出発する。
これに対して独立請求項の特徴部に記載の構成を有する、磁界センサを位置決めするための本発明による結合部材若しくは本発明による方法は、今や整合、即ち磁界センサの磁石の基準線への位置決めが、簡単且つ確実であるという利点を有している。特に製作中のこのように簡単なセンサの整合は、廉価な生産のために必要である。このためには、本発明では磁界センサにおける同時電気測定に基づいて基準線を検出するために、簡単に運動され得るホルダが設けられる。本発明によるこの方法は、特に自動化可能である。整合が認められると、結合部材におけるホルダの位置固定が有利にはレーザ溶接によって行われる。ホルダには磁界センサがホールセンサとして組み込まれる。
以下に、本発明の実施例を図面につき詳しく説明する。
Claims (1)
- 磁石(4)と磁界センサ(7)との間のずれによって力測定するために構成された結合部材において、
磁石(4)が取り付けられた本体(2)と、磁界センサ(7)が取り付けられたホルダ(5)とを有し、ホルダ(5)が、磁界センサ(7)が磁石(4)の磁界の基準線(18)に位置決めされるように、本体(2)に移動可能に取付け可能であり、ホルダ(5)がばね部材(8)を有しており、これにより、ホルダ(5)が直線的に移動され、しかも、磁石(4)と磁界センサ(7)との間の間隔が一定に保持されており、プラスチックから成るホルダ(5)に薄板(13)が埋設されており、前記ばね部材(8)が薄板(13)の部分であり、ホルダ(5)が本体(2)に取り付けられた状態において、ホルダ(5)が本体(2)に対してシフト可能であることを特徴とする、結合部材。
