Description
紫外線吸収剤を含有する紫外線吸収性樹脂組成物を以下の配合方法で調製し、フィルムに成形した。また、目視によって、得られた各フィルムの透明性を評価した。紫外線吸収性樹脂組成物中の超微粒子金属酸化物(超微粒子酸化チタン)およびベンゾトリアゾール系有機化合物(チヌビン326)の重量比、並びに透明性の評価結果を表1にまとめて示す。
実施例4〜9および比較例1、2で得られた各フィルム(50μm)について200〜400nmの範囲で、紫外可視分光光度計を用いて紫外線透過スペクトルを測定した。これらの測定結果をそれぞれ図1〜8に示す。
プラノプロフェン点眼液(販売名:プロラノン点眼液,参天製薬社製)を実施例9で得たフィルムで成形されたチャック付の袋体に入れ、ISO10977で屋外の昼光の標準として国際的に認められているD−65を光源として1000ルックスで300時間照射後、各点眼液中の薬物の残存率を高速液体クロマトグラフィー(HPLC)を用いて測定した。これらの結果を表2に示す。なお、表中の薬物の残存率は、3例の平均値である。

Claims (9)
- 合成樹脂100重量部に対して、平均粒子径50nm以下の超微粒子金属酸化物0.05〜10重量部およびベンゾトリアゾール系有機化合物0.01〜3重量部を含有し、超微粒子金属酸化物とベンゾトリアゾール系有機化合物の重量配合比が0.1/1〜100/1の範囲にあり、200〜380nmの吸収領域において優れた紫外線の吸収効果を発揮する紫外線吸収性樹脂組成物から形成される透明若しくは半透明の包装用資材。
- ポリエチレン樹脂100重量部に対して、平均粒子径が50nm以下である超微粒子酸化チタン0.05〜10重量部および2−(3−t−ブチル−5−メチル−2−ヒドロキシフェニル)−5−クロロベンゾトリアゾール0.01〜3重量部を含有し、超微粒子酸化チタンと2−(3−t−ブチル−5−メチル−2−ヒドロキシフェニル)−5−クロロベンゾトリアゾールの重量配合比が0.1/1〜100/1の範囲にあり、200〜380nmの吸収領域において優れた紫外線の吸収効果を発揮する紫外線吸収性樹脂組成物から形成される透明若しくは半透明の包装用資材。
- 包装用資材が、フィルム又は袋体であることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の包装用資材。
- 請求項3記載の袋体の開口部の内側に、チャックを一体化して成形することを特徴とする樹脂製チャック付の袋体。
- 樹脂製チャックが着色されていることを特徴とする請求項4記載の袋体。
- 樹脂製チャックの雌雄が異色であることを特徴とする請求項5記載の袋体。
- 請求項3記載の包装用資材を構成するフィルムが、複層のフィルム又は複層のフィルムよりなる袋体の少なくとも一層のフィルムを構成することを特徴とする複層のフィルム又は複層のフィルムよりなる袋体。
- 請求項7記載の複層のフィルムよりなる袋体の開口部の内側に、チャックを一体化して成形することを特徴とする樹脂製チャック付の複層のフィルムよりなる袋体。
- 請求項4〜8記載の樹脂製チャック付の袋体において、チャックを有する袋口の一方の口端縁を他方の口端縁よりも長く突出させて段差を形成し、且つ他方の口端縁に肉厚条を設けたことを特徴とする樹脂製チャック付の袋体。
