Description
更に詳しくは、本発明は、良好な耐老化性を有する無機珪酸塩及び(又は)アルミン酸塩を基材とした水硬性結合剤、それらの製造方法、それらの用途並びにこのような結合剤から得られた物品に関する。
粉砕機から得られた粉末は、100μm以下の粒度を有する。この粉末は、例えばコンクリート又はモルタルの生産のために使用される前は、サイロに貯蔵されるか、又は袋のような小容積の容器に包装される。従って、この粉末は、時として、非常に長期間にわたって貯蔵容器内に留まり、特に空気中の水分に曝される可能性がある。

・速硬性セメント
・VICALPE及びRAPIDE型の天然セメント
一例を挙げれば、アジピン酸又はアジピン酸/グルタル酸/こはく酸混合物によれば、この温度は140℃〜170℃である。
従って、有機化合物、特にアジピン酸は、キルンからの排出クリンカーを粉砕する工程中にセメントに添加することができる。
また、微小粉末状の有機化合物、例えば、平均粒度が50μmである粒子、好ましくは結合剤粒子の粒度よりも相当に小さい粒度の粒子よりなる有機化合物を、特に冷間で、混合して結合剤粒子を有機化合物の粒子で被覆することが可能である。
略号AAはアジピン酸を表わす。
ポートランドセメントをアジピン酸粒子と配合した。例2の場合には、撹拌しながら全体を160℃の温度に1時間上昇させた。逆に、例1の場合には、配合を室温で実施した。この配合はミキサーで乱撹拌しながら実施した。
得られた粉末試料(20g)を曝露面積が20cm2である容器に入れた。これらの容器を室温及び75%の相対湿度(室温、15〜25℃)に保持した閉塞容器に入れた。
これらの試料の吸水量(結合剤100g当たりの吸着水の重量として表わされる)を種々の曝露期間の後に秤量することによって決定した。得られた結果を下記の表Iに示す。
例1に記載した手順に従って、種々の水硬性結合剤の粉末のいくつかを平均粒度が15μmである粒子形状のアジピン酸0.5%と配合した。これらの粉末を室温で75%の相対湿度を有する雰囲気に曝した。8日間の曝露後のこれらの種々の粉末の吸水量を下記の表IIに示す。
ポートランドセメントを種々の量の平均粒度が15μmであるアジピン酸粒子と室温で配合した。これらの配合物を20gの試料につき80cm2の曝露面積を有する容器に入れた。
この容器を室温で75%の相対湿度を有する雰囲気の閉塞容器に入れた。
種々の曝露期間後のこれらの試料の吸水量を下記の表IIIに示す。
例1を繰り返すが、ただしアジピン酸粉末の代わりに平均粒度が約20μmであるブラシル酸0.5重量%を使用した。
室温で75%の相対湿度を有する雰囲気中で10日間貯蔵した後に、吸水量は結合剤100g当たり1.05gの水であった。有機化合物の添加なしでは、結合剤は、留時の条件下で結合剤100g当たり1.40gの水を吸収した。
Claims (6)
- ポートランドセメント、高アルミナセメント及び速硬性セメントよりなる群から選択されるセメントと、アジピン酸及びアジピン酸とグルタル酸とこはく酸との混合物よりなる群から選択される有機化合物とからなることを特徴とする珪酸塩を基材とした水硬性結合剤。
- 有機化合物の重量濃度が結合剤の重量に対して0.05%〜10%であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水硬性結合剤。
- 微粉末状の又は溶融状態の有機化合物をセメントと配合することからなることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の水硬性結合剤を製造する方法。
- 配合を140℃〜170℃の温度で撹拌した状態で実施することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- 配合を、50μm以下の寸法の粒子からなる有機化合物の粉末を使用して室温で実施することを特徴とする請求項3に記載の方法。
- モルタルの製造用の請求項1又は2に記載の水硬性結合剤。
