Description
例1
この例では、銅の固定動力学を、キトサンの質量50mgで、静的条件、すなわちフィルターを通して来る流出物フラックスのない条件において、キトサン単独と本発明の材料とで比較する。
使用されたキトサンの分子量は200000g/モルであり、脱アセチル化度は98%である。
セルロース系繊維をベースとするシートは、コーティング技術によりキトサン溶液を用いてコーティングされるが、それによってキトサンを2重量%含有する担体が得られる。
・キトサン単独、又は、紙の上にコーティングされたキトサンを、NaNO3の100ml中で、12時間、水和させる。
・pH6.5の流出物(0.03M)
・銅の母液の体積Vを添加する。
・上清液を、異なる時間に取り出す。
・測定をI.C.P.(誘導結合プラズマ)によって行う。
・最後に、流出物中の初期濃度/最終濃度比に相当する、除染係数(decontamination factor)を計算する。
FD=1:除染なし
FD=7/8:除染に優れている
FD>10:非常に除染に優れている
この検討は、銅濃度を低下させるために行うものである。
除染係数を、計算し、以下の表中に示す。
この例においては、銅イオンの固定能力に関する、セルロースシート中のキトサンの割合の影響を検討する。
この例においては、本発明のフィルターの効率を、高い流出物流速に対する動力学において検討する。
保持される銅の割合は濾過媒体を構成するのに使用されるフィルターの数により、それを以下の表に示す。
この例においては、例3におけると同様の条件で、濃度1%及び5%で紙フィルター中のキトサンの量の影響を動力学的に比較する。脱アセチル化度は98%である。
Claims (7)
- 流出物中に含有される銅イオンを固定するための、有機及び/又は無機繊維からの製紙法によって得られ、かつ、キトサンを含有するシート、の使用であって、該キトサンが繊維の0.01〜20乾燥重量%であり、かつ、その脱アセチル化度が98%より高いことを特徴とする前記使用。
- 該キトサンの分子量が104〜106g・モル−1であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の使用。
- 該キトサンが繊維の0.01〜10乾燥重量%であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の使用。
- 該キトサンが繊維の0.01〜2乾燥重量%であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の使用。
- 該シートが、セルロース系繊維のみからなる繊維材料を原料にして製造されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の使用。
- 該シートが、繊維懸濁物を材料に製造され、フィルターカートリッジに組み込まれたものであることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
- 該シートが、キトサンで処理されたセルロース繊維懸濁物を材料に製造され、フィルターカートリッジに組み込まれたものであることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の使用。
