Abstract

"UTILIZAçãO DE UM MATERIAL à BASE DE FIBRAS ORGâNICAS E/OU INORGâNICAS E DE CHITOSAN PARA A FIXAçãO DE ìONS METáLICOS". A invenção refere-se ao uso de um material à base de fibras orgânicas e/ou inorgânicas e chitosan para a fixação de íons metálicos contidos em um efluente. A invenção é caracterizada pelo fato de que o chitosan representa entre 0,01 e 20%, em peso seco, das fibras e seu grau de desacetilação é maior do que 90%.
