Description
本発明の実施形態に係る除湿装置は、加熱手段107として発熱部115と、発熱部115を収納する箱体116と、吸着材109に対向して箱体116の開口面を覆うように形設される蓋部117と、箱体116に開口した第2空気108の取入口118と、蓋部117に開口した第2空気108の取出口119とを備えており、箱体116と蓋部117を螺着するための螺合部を、吸着材109を回転軸方向から蓋部117に正投影した投影領域1に設けない構成としている。すなわち、箱体116と蓋部117を螺着するための螺合部を、第2空気108流入方向から見た吸着材109の外周部より外側に複数箇所と、吸着材109の中心部分に設けるものである。

Claims (6)
- 相対的に湿度の高い空気から吸湿して相対的に湿度の低い空気に対して放湿する吸着材(109)と、前記吸着材(109)が除湿対象空気である第1空気(102)から吸湿する吸湿領域(105)と、前記吸着剤(109)が加熱手段(107)により加熱された前記吸着材(109)再生用の第2空気(108)に対して放湿して吸着可能に再生する再生領域(106)と、前記吸着材(109)を前記吸湿領域(105)と前記再生領域(106)を跨るように枢設し、第1空気(102)からの吸湿と第2空気(108)への放湿が繰り返し為されるように前記吸着材(109)を回転させる駆動手段(110)と、前記再生領域(106)に供給された後の第2空気(108)を第1空気(102)で冷却して前記吸着材(109)からの放湿分を結露水として回収する凝縮器(111)と、前記吸湿領域(105)および前記凝縮器(111)に第1空気(102)を供給する第1空気供給手段(112)と、前記加熱手段(107)、前記再生領域(106)、前記凝縮器(111)の順に第2空気(108)を供給する第2空気供給手段(113)とを備えた除湿装置において、前記加熱手段(107)は、発熱部(115)と、前記発熱部(115)を収納する箱体(116)と、前記吸着材(109)の回転軸方向に対向して前記箱体(116)の開口面を覆蓋する蓋部(117)と、前記箱体(116)に開口した第2空気(108)の取入口(118)と、前記蓋部(117)に開口した第2空気(108)の取出口(119)とを備え、前記箱体(116)と前記蓋部(117)を螺着するための螺合部を、前記吸着材(109)を回転軸方向から前記蓋部(117)に投影した投影領域(1)に設けない構成とし、前記箱体(116)と前記蓋部(117)を各々扇形に形成して、各々の中心点が吸着材(109)の回転軸(28)に合致するように配設し、前記箱体(116)と前記蓋部(117)を螺着するための前記螺合部(20、21、22、23、24、25)を、前記吸着材(109)を回転軸方向から前記蓋部(117)に投影した前記投影領域(1)の外周側および前記吸着材(109)の前記回転軸(28)部分に設け、前記蓋部(117)の前記投影領域(1)内の縁端部を前記吸着材(109)と逆方向に折り曲げて屈曲部(7、8)を形成するとともに、前記箱体(116)の外周全縁にフランジ部(3)を周設し、前記フランジ部(3)が前記屈曲部(7、8)に挿嵌されることを特徴とする除湿装置。
- 屈曲部(7、8)の折り曲げ角度を鋭角としたことを特徴とする請求項1記載の除湿装置。
- フランジ部(3)が屈曲部(7、8)に一方向から嵌入可能なように箱体(116)と蓋部(117)を係合し、挿嵌状態にて前記箱体(116)と前記蓋部(117)が概略固定されることを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の除湿装置。
- 箱体(116)と蓋部(117)を吸着材(109)の回転軸(28)部分で着接する螺合部(25)が、前記回転軸(28)にも螺着することを特徴とする請求項3記載の除湿装置。
- フランジ部(3)と屈曲部(7、8)が挿嵌した状態において、屈曲部(7、8)の少なくとも一部をフランジ部(3)に圧接した圧接部(26、27)を設けたことを特徴とする請求項3または4記載の除湿装置。
- 蓋部(117)の取出口(119)周囲に吸着材(109)側に向けて突出する突出面(120)を形成し、前記突出面(120)を開口部や凹凸部の無い平坦面状としたことを特徴とする請求項1、2、3、4または5記載の除湿装置。
