Claims (2)
- チャンバ内に支持した鋳型内を減圧にすることにより、溶解炉内の金属溶湯をスノートを介して該鋳型内へ吸引すると共に、該チャンバと一体的に該鋳型を回転させることにより、該鋳型内へ吸引した金属溶湯に遠心力を作用させて、鋳造を行なうようにした減圧吸引鋳造装置であって、溶解炉と、該溶解炉の上部に設置された外筒体と、該外筒体の内側にて昇降可能に支持された内筒体と、該内筒体の昇降手段と、該内筒体内に収容された状態で該内筒体の底面軸心部に回転可能に支持されたチャンバと、該チャンバの外周面部に接続された該チャンバを回転させるための駆動手段と、該内筒体及び該チャンバの上部を覆うカバーと、該カバーに接続された該内筒体内及び該チャンバ内を減圧雰囲気にする減圧手段とを備えることを特徴とする減圧吸引鋳造装置。
- 溶解炉がレビテーション溶解炉である請求項1記載の減圧吸引鋳造装置。
