織成または編成された構造を有し、複数の連結糸によって互いに離間するように連結された少なくとも二つの壁を備え、前記連結糸が自然に倒れる傾向を有するために、この姿勢では、間隔が小さく前記連結糸の長さよりも短くなっているテキスタイル複合材からなり、
最初に熱に晒される壁が熱作用下で収縮する傾向を有し、前記収縮に基づいて前記連結糸の起立が随伴的に引き起こされ、前記二つの壁間の間隔が増大することを特徴構成とする。
更に、連結糸としてパラアラミド材を選択することによって、その連結糸の熱安定特性により、一方では良好な衝撃強さ(resilience)を得て、他方では熱バリアが部分的に炭化した時の十分な耐圧縮性を得ることが可能となる。
図1は、危険な状況下で作業する人々用の衣服、特に、消防士用の衣服を製造するための、周知で現在まで使用されているタイプの多層複合材を示す略図であり、
図2は、本発明によるテキスタイル複合材の一つの実施形態の斜視図であり、
図3は、通常と見なされる温度に晒されたテキスタイル複合材を純粋に概略的に示す斜視図であって、この姿勢では連結糸は倒れている、
図4は、強い熱の作用下において、1つの壁の収縮によって引き起こされる、連結糸の起立と複合材の厚さの増大とを示す図3に対応する図であり、
図5は、輻射熱の場合における温度上昇中の複合材の応答(反応)を示す図表であり、
図6は、対流熱の場合における温度上昇中の複合材の応答(反応)を示す図表である。
例えば、最も高密度の織成又は編成が着用者の側に向く壁を構成し、好適には裏地として機能させられる。
壁P1の経糸C1は密度が13糸/cmで、番手がNm80/2のポリアミド−イミド繊維の紡績糸によって構成され、
壁P1の緯糸T1は密度が27ピック(duites)/cmで、番手がNm60/1のポリアミド−イミド繊維の紡績糸によって構成され、
壁P2の経糸C2と緯糸T2は、密度がそれぞれ20糸/cmと27糸/cmで、番手がNm80/2のポリアミド−イミド繊維の紡績糸によって構成され、
スペーサ経糸Fは密度が6糸/cmで、番手がNm80/2のパラ−アラミド繊維の紡績糸によって構成されている。
−規格EN366に基づく輻射熱でのテスト:t2で28秒間、t2−t1で7.3秒間。図5のグラフを参照のこと。
−規格EN367に基づく対流熱でのテスト(図6):
・HTI24(理論燃焼時間)は18秒間、
・HTI24−HTI12(理論苦痛時間)は5秒間。
Claims (9)
- 織成または編成された構造を有し、複数の連結糸(F)によって互いに離間するように連結された少なくとも二つの壁(P1)、(P2)を備え、前記連結糸が自然に倒れる傾向を有するために、この姿勢では、間隔は小さく前記連結糸の長さよりも短くなっているテキスタイル複合材からなる保護服であって、
最初に熱に晒される壁(P1)が熱作用下で収縮する傾向を有し、前記収縮に基づいて前記連結糸(F)の起立が随伴的に引き起こされ、前記二つの壁(P1)、(P2)の間の間隔が増大することを特徴とする保護服。 - 前記連結糸(F)は、前記層または壁(P1)、(P2)の各々と部分的に織成又は編成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の保護服。
- 前記連結糸(F)は、パラ−アラミドをベースとしていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の保護服。
- 各壁(P1)、(P2)は、経糸と緯糸との交錯によって形成されており、前記連結糸は経糸方向に配設され、前記糸の倒れ込みは緯糸方向に行われることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の保護服。
- 各壁(P1)、(P2)の経糸と緯糸は、メタ−アラミド系の糸から選択された純粋物又は混合物であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の保護服。
- 各壁(P1)、(P2)は同じ糸密度を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の保護服。
- 前記二つの壁(P1)、(P2)は異なる糸密度を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の保護服。
- 前記複合材は、耐火材料からなる外側シート材、及び、基材を備える防水通気性膜と結合されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の保護服。
- 最初に熱に晒される壁(P1)を構成する経糸(C1)と緯糸(T1)のうち、少なくとも前記連結糸(F)と交差して延びる緯糸(T1)が熱作用下で収縮する傾向を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の保護服。
