Abstract

Ce complexe textile pour isolation thermique est remarquable en ce que l'une des parois (P1) au moins, notamment la paroi destinée à être soumise, en premier lieu, à la chaleur, est apte à se rétracter sous l'effet de la chale ur pour provoquer, d'une manière concomitante, le redressement des fils de liaison (F) correspondant ô un accroissement de l'espacement entre lesdites parois (P1) et (P2) réalisées en totalité ou en partie pour être thermostabl es.

Claims

REVENDICATIONS

-1- Complexe textile pour isolation thermique notamment pour la réalisation de vêtements de protection présentant une structure tissée ou tricotée ayant au moins deux parois (P1) et (P2) liées d'une manière espacée par une pluralité de fils (F) qui a tendance naturellement à se coucher, de sorte que, dans cette position, l'espacement est réduit et inférieur à la longueur des fils de liaison, caractérisé en ce que l'une des parois (P1) au moins, notamment la paroi destinée à être soumise, en premier lieu, à la chaleur, est apte à se rétracter sous l'effet de la chaleur pour provoquer, d'une manière concomitante, le redressement des fils de liaison (F) correspondant à un accroissement de l'espacement entre lesdites parois (P1) et (P2) réalisées en totalité ou en partie pour être thermostables.

-2- Complexe textile selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les fils de liaison (F) sont tissés ou tricotés partiellement avec chacune des couches ou parois (P1) et (P2).

-3- Complexe textile selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les fils de liaison (F) sont à base de para-aramide.

-4- Complexe textile selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chaque paroi (P1) et (P2) résulte d'un entrelacement de fils de chaîne et de fils de trame, les fils de liaison sont disposés en chaîne, le couchage desdits fils s'effectue dans le sens trame.

-5- Complexe textile selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les fils de chaîne et de trame de chaque paroi (P1) et (P2) sont sélectionnés parmi ceux de la famille des méta-aramides, en pur ou en mélange.
-6- Complexe textile selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chaque paroi (P1) et (P2) présente la même densité de fils.
-7- Complexe textile selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les deux parois (P1) et (P2) présentent des densités de fils différentes.
-8- Complexe textile selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il est combiné avec une nappe externe en matériau ignifugé et une membrane imper-respirante avec substrat.
-9- Utilisation du complexe selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8 pour la réalisation d'un vêtement de protection, notamment pour sapeurs-pompiers.
