Claims (8)
- 液体燃料が充填される容器本体部2と,容器上部に備わる取付蓋10と,を有するガス燃料容器の過圧安全装置において:
前記取付蓋10に締結され,横倒された前記ガス燃料容器の内部上層に気化して集まった液体燃料を流入させるL形のガス流入口31を有するメインハウジング30と;
前記取付蓋10を貫通して前記メインハウジング30に備えられ,前記メインハウジング30に内蔵されるバネ40を介して弾力支持され,開口部23を有する弁ステム20と;
前記メインハウジング30の上端と前記取付蓋10との間に挿入され,前記弁ステム20の前記開口部23を選択的に開閉するための開閉用シール50と;
下部には,前記ガス流入口31と連通される分岐路61を備え,内部には,底部が前記分岐路61と連通され,上端が前記取付蓋10に形成される排出孔13と連通される収容溝62を備えるサブハウジング60と;
前記収容溝62に備えられ,容器の内圧に応じて前記分岐路61を選択的に開閉するための安全弁70と;
を備えることを特徴とするガス燃料容器の過圧安全装置。 - 前記安全弁70は,
前記収容溝62の底面に配置され,前記分岐路61を選択的に開閉するための開閉部材71と;
前記収容溝62に内蔵され,前記開閉部材71に配置される弾性部材72と;
前記収容溝62の上端に備えられ,前記弾性部材72の上端と前記取付蓋10との間に挿入される密閉環73と;
を備えることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載のガス燃料容器の過圧安全装置。 - 前記弾性部材72は,円筒形コイルバネであることを特徴とする,請求項2に記載のガス燃料容器の過圧安全装置。
- 前記開閉部材71の上面には,前記弾性部材72の下端を支持することにより,前記弾性部材72の横方向への変形を防止するための支持部71aが形成されることを特徴とする,請求項2または3のいずれかに記載のガス燃料容器の過圧安全装置。
- 前記サブハウジング60の内側底面63には,前記分岐路61の内径より大きい内径を有する円形突起63aが形成されることを特徴とする,請求項2に記載のガス燃料容器の過圧安全装置。
- 前記密閉環73は,ゴム材質からなることを特徴とする,請求項2に記載のガス燃料容器の過圧安全装置。
- 前記取付蓋10には,前記サブハウジング60の上端と嵌合される取付部14が形成されることを特徴とする,請求項1に記載のガス燃料容器の過圧安全装置。
- 前記取付部14は,前記排出孔13と同心円状に形成され,前記サブハウジング60の上端と密着固定されることを特徴とする,請求項7に記載のガス燃料容器の過圧安全装置。
