前記エンジンの出力軸をロックするロック機構を有し,
前記エンジンを前記ロック機構によりロックし,
前記第1モータと前記第1インバータ回路とを接続するとともに前記第2モータと前記第2インバータ回路とを接続し,前記第1モータおよび前記第2モータを動作させ,その状態で各モータの出力特性を取得し,
前記第1モータと前記第2インバータ回路とを接続するとともに前記第2モータと前記第1インバータ回路とを接続し,前記第1モータおよび前記第2モータを動作させ,その状態で各モータの出力特性を取得し,
それら出力特性の良否判定を行うことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の検査システム。 - 請求項1に記載するハイブリッド車両の検査システムにおいて,
前記駆動ユニットと前記インバータとの間の電気的接続を遮断し,
前記インバータの各インバータ回路に検査電圧を印加して前記インバータの良否判定を行うことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の検査システム。 - 第1モータおよび第2モータを備えた駆動ユニットと,前記第1モータ用の第1インバータ回路および前記第2モータ用の第2インバータ回路を備えたインバータユニットと,エンジンとを有し,前記エンジン,前記第1モータ,前記第2モータの各動力源が互いに動力伝達可能に配置されているハイブリッド車両の検査方法において,
前記エンジンの出力軸をロックするエンジンロックステップと,
前記第1モータと前記第1インバータ回路とを接続するとともに前記第2モータと前記第2インバータ回路とを接続し,前記第1モータおよび前記第2モータを動作させ,その状態で各モータの出力特性を取得する正規接続状態特性取得ステップと,
前記第1モータと前記第2インバータ回路とを接続するとともに前記第2モータと前記第1インバータ回路とを接続し,前記第1モータおよび前記第2モータを動作させ,その状態で各モータの出力特性を取得する入替接続状態特性取得ステップと,
前記正規接続状態特性取得ステップおよび前記入替接続状態特性取得ステップにてそれぞれ取得した出力特性の良否判定を行う不良判別ステップとを含むことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の検査方法。 - 請求項3に記載するハイブリッド車両の検査方法において,
前記駆動ユニットと前記インバータとの間の電気的接続を遮断し,前記インバータの各インバータ回路に検査電圧を印加して前記インバータの良否判定を行うインバータ検査ステップを含むことを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の検査方法。
