Claims (5)
- 析出硬化型ステンレス鋼からなる板材の両端縁を溶接により接合されたパイプを冷間圧延する工程と、焼鈍により前記析出硬化型ステンレス鋼の平均結晶粒度を10μm〜15μmに微細化する工程と、前記パイプをベローズに成形する工程と、前記ベローズに析出時効硬化処理を行う工程と、前記ベローズの軸線方向に引っ張りまたは圧縮荷重を負荷することにより予め決められた無荷重時高さになるようにセッチングを行う工程と、前記ベローズの内面または外面に表面加工によりベローズの表面に500MPa以上の圧縮残留応力を付与する工程とを備えたことを特徴とする金属ベローズの製造方法。
- 交互にかつ連続的に成形された山部と谷部の板厚方向中央部の硬さを、各々450〜600Hv、250〜450Hvに設定することを特徴とする請求項1記載の金属ベローズの製造方法。
- 前記金属ベローズを、交互にかつ連続的に成形された谷部と山部とが断面で波形をなし、金属ベローズが最も圧縮されたとき前記山部どうしおよび前記谷部どうしが密着する波形ベローズとすることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の金属ベローズの製造方法。
- 粒子を金属ベローズの表面に投射して第1段の表面加工を行い、次に、第1段の表面加工で用いた粒子よりも平均粒径の小さい粒子を前記金属ベローズの表面に投射して第2段の表面加工を行うことを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の金属ベローズの製造方法。
- 前記金属ベローズの外面および内面に前記第1段および第2弾の表面加工を行うことを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の金属ベローズの製造方法。
