Description
種々の異なる方向から取得される脈管系の2次元投影画像を生成するための撮像装置であり、特に、例えばコンピュータ断層撮影法(CT)から知られるような回転X線ユニットであり得る撮像装置と、
造影剤を脈管系に制御注入するための注入装置であり、一般に、注入ポンプ及びカテーテルを有し、このカテーテルが、進入路を介して脈管系に導入され関心をもつ検査ポイント(例えば心臓)まで到達される注入装置と、
撮像装置に結合される制御ユニットであり、この撮像装置を以下の2つのステップ、即ち、
a)造影剤の流入中に、即ち、造影剤注入の開始以降、同じ投影方向から取得される脈管系の投影画像を生成する第1のステップであり、この場合、選択される画像取得レートが高くされるべきなので、脈管系における造影剤の拡散が、投影画像において良好な時間分解能で記録される第1のステップと、
b)第1のステップで注入された造影剤が脈管系を満たすとき、脈管系のまわりで撮像装置を回転させて、種々の異なる方向から取得される投影画像を生成する第2のステップであり、このやり方で生成される投影画像は最適なやり方で全脈管系を示すので、これらの画像から3次元の脈管ツリーが再構成されることができ、なかでも、同じECG(心電図)又は心拍フェーズ(heartbeat phase) からの投影画像の選択を含み得る回転アンジオグラフィ(angiography)から知られる各種の方法が、特に、再構成のために使用されてもよい第2のステップと、
に従って駆動させるように設計される制御ユニットと、を有している。
a)造影剤の流入中に高い画像取得レートで同じ投影方向から取得される投影画像を生成するステップ、及び
b)脈管系が造影剤で満たされるとき、種々の異なる方向から取得される脈管系の投影画像を生成するステップを含む方法に関する。
Claims (6)
- 造影剤注入時の脈管系の2次元投影によって、前記脈管系における流れの状態の3次元再構成を行うための装置であって、
種々の異なる方向から取得される前記脈管系の2次元投影画像を生成するための放射線撮像装置と、
前記脈管系に前記造影剤を制御注入するための注入装置と、
前記撮像装置に結合される制御ユニットであり、
前記造影剤注入後、
a)前記造影剤の流入中、同じ投影方向から取得される投影画像を生成するステップ、及び
b)前記脈管系が前記造影剤で満たされると、前記脈管系のまわりで前記撮像装置を回転させ、種々の異なる方向から取得される投影画像を生成するステップ、
に従って、前記撮像装置を駆動させるように設計される制御ユニットと、
を有し、
前記ステップb)の前記撮像装置の回転中、前記ステップa)において使用される画像取得レートより低い画像取得レート及び/又は前記ステップa)において使用される放射線量より少ない放射線量で、前記投影画像が生成される装置。 - 前記撮像装置が回転X線ユニットであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記造影剤注入が、ボーラス注入である、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記制御ユニットが、前記回転の完了後に前記撮像装置を駆動して、好ましくは前記ステップb)において使用される画像取得レートより高い画像取得レートで固定投影方向から取得される投影画像を生成するように設計されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記制御ユニットが、前記造影剤の流入中に生成された前記投影画像のイメージ解析に相関して、前記回転の開始を起動させるように設計されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
- 前記制御ユニットが、前記注入プロセスの記録及び/又は制御を行うために、前記注入装置に結合されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の装置。
