Claims (8)
- 診断撮像装置(12)用のシステム(10)であって、
利用者が所与の走査に特定的なデータを入力することを許すように構成されているユーザ・インタフェイス(20)と、
少なくとも一つの動的走査被検体パラメータを監視するように構成されている走査被検体モニタ(16)と、
前記ユーザ・インタフェイス(20)において前記利用者により入力されたデータ及び前記少なくとも一つの動的走査被検体パラメータを受け取るように接続されており、ピーク強調値の間のデータ収集を最適化する造影剤送達プロトコル(72)を処方し、前記所与の走査の間に監視される少なくとも1つの走査被検体動的パラメータの変化に応じて、前記所与の走査の間も実時間で前記処方された造影剤送達プロトコル(72)の造影剤の送達のタイミングを適応構成するようにプログラムされている走査プロトコル・モジュール(26)と、
前記適応構成され処方された造影剤送達プロトコル(72)に従って造影剤を走査被検体に送達するように前記走査プロトコル・モジュール(26)により制御される造影剤送達装置(18)と、
前記適応構成され処方された造影剤送達プロトコル(72)に従って前記所与の走査の開始を協調させるように構成されている取得制御(22)と
を備えたシステム(10)。 - 前記所与の走査に特定的な前記データは、静的走査被検体パラメータ(92)及び走査形式(94)の少なくとも一方を含んでいる、請求項1に記載のシステム(10)。
- 前記走査被検体モニタ(16)は、ECGプローブ、酸素濃度計、血圧モニタのいずれかを含み、
前記造影剤送達装置(18)は、前記走査被検体の静脈への前記造影剤の送達を制御する造影剤ポンプを含んでいる、請求項1または2に記載のシステム(10)。 - 前記造影剤送達プロトコル(72)は、診断撮像走査の一定数の注入段階に対応する一定数の造影剤送達プロトコル(72)を含んでいる、請求項3に記載のシステム(10)。
- 前記造影剤送達装置(18)は、前記造影剤を注入する自動式造影剤注入装置及び前記造影剤を何時投与すべきかを操作者に知らせる指標の少なくとも一方を含んでいる、請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載のシステム(10)。
- 前記ユーザ・インタフェイス(20)は、最適化ウィンドウ(109)を介して、造影剤注入の段階の数(112)、各々の段階毎の造影剤の種別(114)、各々の造影剤毎の所望の平均流量(116)、各々の段階毎に用いられるべき容積(118)、各々の段階の持続時間(120)、各回の投与分の塩水比(122)、及び注入遅延(124)の長さのいずれかを含む注入パラメータをオペレータが編集する機会を与える、請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載のシステム(10)。
- 前記走査被検体モニタ(16)は、前記走査被検体の体内のボーラスを造影剤流の指標として追跡するように構成されている、請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載のシステム(10)。
- 前記走査プロトコル・モジュール(26)は、前記走査被検体モニタ(16)からボーラス追跡データを受け取り、該ボーラス追跡データに基づいて前記所与の走査を開始するように前記取得制御(22)に対して実時間でトリガを発生する、請求項8に記載のシステム(10)。
