Claims (9)
- 汚れ物質が付着する可能性のある表面に水系防汚染剤を塗布することにより、極めて薄いへき開片からなる層を多数積層した層状構造の塗膜を形成し、前記塗膜の表面に付着した前記汚れ物質ごと表面の層がへき開して脱落することによって前記表面に付着した汚れ物質を除去する汚れ物質除去方法であって、
前記汚れ物質が付着する可能性のある表面に塗布する水系防汚染剤はpH(水素イオン指数)4.5〜pH9.5の範囲内であり、その主成分は、層状粘土鉱物に分類されるへき開性の高い物質及び水系撥水性化合物を水に分散してなるものであることを特徴とする汚れ物質除去方法。 - 前記水系防汚染剤の塗膜は吸油性を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の汚れ物質除去方法。
- 前記層状粘土鉱物に分類されるへき開性の高い物質は、雲母(マイカ)及び/またはスメクタイトであることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の汚れ物質除去方法。
- 請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1つに記載の汚れ物質除去方法に使用されることを特徴とする水系防汚染剤。
- 前記雲母(マイカ)の結晶性シリカ(石英)の含有率が1重量%以下であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の水系防汚染剤。
- 前記水系撥水性化合物は、メチル水素ポリシロキサンをエマルジョンとして用いたものであることを特徴とする請求項4または請求項5に記載の水系防汚染剤。
- 前記エマルジョンとして用いられる前記メチル水素ポリシロキサンとして、ジメチルポリシロキサン、アミノシロキサン、エポキシシロキサンのいずれかを用いたことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の水系防汚染剤。
- 前記水系防汚染剤は、単純なアルカリケイ酸塩を含有しないことを特徴とする請求項4乃至請求項7のいずれか1つに記載の水系防汚染剤。
- 前記水系防汚染剤は、pH8〜pH9の範囲内の弱アルカリ性であることを特徴とする請求項4乃至請求項8のいずれか1つに記載の水系防汚染剤。
