Abstract
【解決手段】絹雲母を含む雲母の微粉末及びスメクタイトを純水に分散させ、反応型ジメチルシロキサン水分散エマルジョンを添加し、ディスパーを使用して泡立たないように1000rpmで5分間攪拌して、絹雲母微粒子の表面に非常に薄いシリコーン皮膜を形成して撥水性を発揮するとともに、基材表面とも反応して結合する成分を含む水系防汚染剤が製造される。タイルの表面の半分のみに水系防汚染剤を塗布して乾燥した後、塗布面と未処理面にそれぞれ醤油とソースを滴下したところ、未処理面は醤油・ソースとも浸透したのに対し、水系防汚染剤を塗布した表面は醤油・ソースとも全く浸透せず、ティッシュペーパーで軽く拭き取ったところ、痕を残さず完全に除去することができた。

Claims (9)
- 汚れ物質が付着する可能性のある表面に塗布することにより、極めて薄いへき開片からなる層を多数積層した層状構造の塗膜を形成し、前記塗膜の表面に付着した前記汚れ物質ごと表面の層がへき開して脱落することによって前記表面に付着した汚れ物質を除去する水系防汚染剤において、
前記汚れ物質が付着する可能性のある表面に塗布する水系防汚染剤の主成分は、層状粘土鉱物に分類されるへき開性の高い物質及び水系撥水性化合物を水に分散してなるものであり、pH(水素イオン指数)4.5〜pH9.5の範囲内であることを特徴とする水系防汚染剤。 - 前記水系防汚染剤の塗膜は吸油性を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の水系防汚染剤。
- 前記層状粘土鉱物に分類されるへき開性の高い物質は、雲母(マイカ)及び/またはスメクタイトであることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の水系防汚染剤。
- 前記雲母(マイカ)の結晶性シリカ(石英)の含有率が1重量%以下であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の水系防汚染剤。
- 前記雲母(マイカ)は、絹雲母及び/または白雲母であることを特徴とする請求項3または請求項4に記載の水系防汚染剤。
- 前記水系撥水性化合物は、メチル水素ポリシロキサンをエマルジョンとして用いたものであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項5のいずれか1つに記載の水系防汚染剤。
- 前記エマルジョンとして用いられる前記メチル水素ポリシロキサンとして、ジメチルポリシロキサン、アミノシロキサン、エポキシシロキサンのいずれかを用いたことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の水系防汚染剤。
- 前記水系防汚染剤は、単純なアルカリケイ酸塩を含有しないことを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項7のいずれか1つに記載の水系防汚染剤。
- 前記水系防汚染剤は、pH8〜pH9の範囲内の弱アルカリ性であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至請求項8のいずれか1つに記載の水系防汚染剤。
