Claims (3)
- インバータ用の上下スイッチを駆動する第1および第2のゲートドライブと、正弦波と搬送波を比較してPWMパルスを発生するPWMパルス発生器と、前記上下スイッチが同時に導通することを防止するデッドタイムを発生するデッドタイム回路を備え、前記PWMパルスをもとに前記デッドタイムを設けて前記第1および第2のゲートドライブ用の制御信号を発生するパルス幅変調制御装置において、前記デッドタイムと前記PWMパルスの持続時間を比較し前記デッドタイムが前記PWMパルスの持続時間よりも大きいとき又は前記デッドタイムが前記PWMパルスの持続時間とほぼ等しいときに前記PWMパルスの持続時間を前記デッドタイムよりも大きくすることを特徴とするパルス幅変調制御装置。
- 前記デッドタイムの終了を示す信号を前記PWMパルスの上昇縁又は下降縁と比較するフィードバック回路と、前記フィードバック回路の出力に応じて前記正弦波を前記PWMパルス発生器へ供給する選択器を備え、前記選択器は前記デッドタイムが前記PWMパルスの持続時間を超えて続くとき前記正弦波を零値とすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパルス幅変調制御装置。
- 前記正弦波の絶対値を前記搬送波の最大値と比較し前記正弦波の絶対値が前記搬送波の最大値より大きいとき前記搬送波の最大値を前記正弦波とすることにより前記正弦波を前記搬送波の振幅範囲内に制限する搬送波範囲制限回路を備えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のパルス幅変調制御装置。
