Description
実施例1−4では次のように製造した。即ち、変性させない陰イオン性トウモロコシ澱粉、かつ葉樹木材から得た繊維粉末、光触媒剤としてアナターゼ含量が70%以上である二酸化チタン、離型剤としてステアリン酸マグネシウムとクエン酸モノステアリルの混合物、長期保存剤としてソルビン酸カリウム及び水を下記表3に記載されたような組成でダブルジャケット過熱攪拌機で20分間混合混練して生分解性組成物を製造した。
実施例5−8では、光触媒剤として鉄がドーピングされた二酸化チタンを用いたことを除いて、前記実施例1−4と同一方法及び同一量で生分解性組成物を製造した。
実施例9−12では、光触媒剤、保存剤及び水の量が異なることを除いて、実施例1−4と同一方法及び同一量で生分解性組成物を製造した。
実施例13−16では、光触媒剤、離型剤であるステアリン酸マグネシウムとクエン酸モノステアリル及び水の量が異なることを除いて、実施例1−4と同一方法及び同一量で生分解性組成物を製造した。
比較例17−20では、前記実施例で光触媒剤の役割を行うアナターゼ含量が70%以上であるTiO2または鉄のドーピングされたTiO2を用いたものと対比するため、ルチル状二酸化チタンを用いた。前記ルチル状二酸化チタンを用いたことを除いて、実施例1−4と同一方法及び同一量で生分解性組成物を製造した。
比較例21−24では、保存剤として安息香酸ナトリウムを使用し、光触媒剤、保存剤及び水の量が異なることを除いて、比較例17−20と同一方法及び同一量で生分解性組成物を製造した。
比較例25−28では、離型剤としてステアリン酸マグネシウムとクエン酸モノステアリルの混合物の代わりにステアラミド、流動パラフィン及びステアリン酸亜鉛を使用し、光触媒剤、各離型剤及び水の量が異なることを除いて、比較例17−20と同一方法及び同一量で生分解性組成物を製造した。
前記実施例1−16及び比較例17−28において、それぞれ製造した生分解性組成物を温度180℃、圧力3.0kgf/cm2の条件を有する加熱加圧成形機で150秒間成形して容器の形状を有する成形体を製造した。
本実験例2においては、前記実験例1で製造された生分解性澱粉容器の土壌分解性(腐 葉土を利用)を測定した。

Claims (13)
- 非変性澱粉20〜60重量%、パルプ繊維粉末5〜30重量%、溶媒30〜60重量%、光触媒剤0.1〜2.0重量%、ソルビン酸カリウム0.2重量%以上0.5重量%未満及びクエン酸モノステアリルとステアリン酸マグネシウムの混合物0.5〜5.0重量%からなることを特徴とする生分解性澱粉容器用組成物。
- 前記非変性澱粉がトウモロコシ、じゃが芋、小麦、米、タピオカ及びさつま芋からなるグループから選択される何れか一つ以上の澱粉であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の生分解性澱粉容器用組成物。
- 前記パルプ繊維粉末は繊維長さが10〜200μmであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の生分解性澱粉容器用組成物。
- 前記パルプ繊維粉末は、かつ葉樹を粉砕したパルプ繊維粉末であることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の生分解性澱粉容器用組成物。
- 前記光触媒剤はアナターゼ(anataze) 含量が70%以上である二酸化チタンであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の生分解性澱粉容器用組成物。
- 前記光触媒剤は鉄(Fe+3)、バナジウム、モリブデン、ニオブ及び白金からなるグループから選択される何れか一つ以上の金属がドーピングされた二酸化チタンであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の生分解性澱粉容器用組成物。
- 前記光触媒剤は鉄(Fe+3)がドーピングされた二酸化チタンであることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の生分解性澱粉容器用組成物。
- 前記光触媒剤は二酸化珪素、五酸化バナジウム及び酸化タングステンからなる金属酸化物のグループから選択される何れか一つ以上であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の生分解性澱粉容器用組成物。
- クエン酸モノステアリルとステアリン酸マグネシウムの混合物は、クエン酸モノステアリルとステアリン酸マグネシウムを重量比で1対1.5で混合したものであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の生分解性澱粉容器用組成物。
- 前記溶媒は水、アルコール、アルカリ水溶液及び酸性水溶液からなるグループから選択される何れか一つであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の生分解性澱粉容器用組成物。
- 前記溶媒は水であることを特徴とする請求項10に記載の生分解性澱粉容器用組成物。
- ソルビン酸カリウムは0.2重量%含まれることを特徴とする請求項1ないし11の何れか一つの請求項に記載の生分解性澱粉容器用組成物。
- 請求項1乃至12の何れか一つの請求項に記載の組成物を加熱及び加圧して所望の形状に成形されたことを特徴とする生分解性澱粉容器。
