Description
構成例1は、澱粉と紙繊維との割合が、澱粉:紙繊維=51~99質量%:49~1質量%である配合物を設けている。尚、必要に応じてこの配合物100部に、ポリビニルアルコール0~2部が配合される。
構成例2は、澱粉と紙繊維との割合が、澱粉:紙繊維=75~90質量%:25~10質量%とした場合であり、前述した効果がより顕著となる。
Claims (3)
- 澱粉と紙繊維と水とを配合して成る射出成形若しくは圧縮成形に用いる成形材料であって、前記澱粉と前記紙繊維との割合が、澱粉:紙繊維=75~90質量%:25~10質量%に設定され、前記澱粉として前記紙繊維の幅及び長さより粒子径の小さい微細な粒子の澱粉が採用されていることを特徴とする成形材料。
- 請求項1記載の成形材料であって、前記紙繊維は幅が50μm、長さが5mmであり、前記澱粉は粒子径が5μmであることを特徴とする成形材料。
- 請求項1,2いずれか1項に記載の成形材料を射出成形若しくは圧縮成形して設けられたことを特徴とする成形品。
