Description
また、上記方法において、樹脂層(2)とフッ素樹脂層(1)との間に、層(1)を構成するフッ素樹脂とは異種のフッ素樹脂から成り且つ樹脂層(2)と剥離可能であるフッ素樹脂層(3)をさらに共押出ししてもよい。
上記本発明の方法において、好ましくは、フッ素樹脂層(1)はテトラフロロエチレン‐ヘキサフロロプロピレン‐ビニリデンフロオライド3元共重合体(THV)からなり、樹脂層(2)はポリエチレンからなり、フッ素樹脂層(3)が、テトラフロロエチレン‐エチレン共重合体樹脂、テトラフロロエチレン‐ヘキサフロロプロピレン共重合体樹脂、及びポリフッ化ビニリデン樹脂からなる群より選ばれる樹脂からなることが好ましい。
また、好ましくは、フィラーが、ガラス繊維、マイカ、及び炭酸カルシウムからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種である。また、その粒径が1μm 〜1000μmであり、及び、該フィラーが樹脂層(2)の全重量に対して5重量%〜30重量%で含有される。
また、本発明の積層フィルムは厚み精度が高く、厚み精度が要求される用途に好適である。
(1)使用フィルム及びフィラーを以下に示す。各樹脂名の後の括弧内に、表1中の略称を示す。
延伸ポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルム(PET-1):三菱化学ポリエステル社製
易接着性延伸ポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルム(PET-2):UV4(商品名)、ユニチカ(株)製
テトラフルオロエチレン‐ヘキサフルオロプロピレン‐ビニリデンフロオライド3元共重合体樹脂(THV): THV220 (ダイニオン社製、結晶化温度98℃)
テトラフルオロエチレン−エチレン共重合体(ETFE):テフゼル290(商標)、三井・デュポンフロロケミカル(株)社製
ポリフッ化ビニリデン(PVDF):カイナー720(商品名)、エルフアトケム社製
テトラフロロエチレン−ヘキサフロロプロピレン共重合体(FEP):ネオフロンFEP NP-100(商品名)、ダイキン工業(株)社製
低密度ポリエチレン(PE):日本ポリケム社製、密度0.95、MFR 3g/10分
球状マイカ:クラレ社製、平均粒径50μm
表1に示す各構成のフィルムを調製した。実施例4及び5においては、10重量%のフィラーをポリエチレン樹脂に混練した樹脂を使用した。実施例6では、易接着性延伸ポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルムを使用した。積層フィルムは、押出機の口金温度315℃でTダイより樹脂層(1)と樹脂層(2)、実施例4及び5においては樹脂層(2)及び(3)、を共押出しし、温度90℃に設定した冷却ロールとニップロールの間で、予めアクリル変性接着剤を塗布したPETフィルム、但し、実施例6では何も塗布せずそのままのPETフィルム、の片面に、フィルムの厚みをX線連続厚さ計(横河電機製 WEBFLEX2)にてモニターしながら、積層して調製した。参考例のフィルムは、樹脂層(2)のPEを共押出ししない点を除き実施例と同様に調製した。また、比較例1のフィルムは、ドライラミネート法により調製した。調製したフィルムについて下記の各評価
を行った。結果を表1に示す。
(i)ラミネート安定性:安定してラミネートができたものをA、フィルムに皺が入る等、安定してラミネートができなかったものをBとした。
(ii)接着強度:フッ素樹脂層(1)とPETとの接着強度をJIS Z−0237に準拠し180度剥離を、5mm/分で測定した。該強度が4N/cm以上であったものをA、4N/cm未満のものをBとした。
(iii)マット性:樹脂層(2)を剥離した後に、樹脂層(3)の表面を目視により観察して、むらなくマット状(つや消し状態)になっていると認められたものをAとした。
(iv)厚み差R(μm)の測定
FILM THCKNESS TESTER(Anritsu社製)にて、先端の端子径5mmで、フィルムの機械(押出し)方向に直角な方向に75cm(全幅)長さに亘り連続的厚みを測定してその最大値と最小値との差の平均値を求め、下記基準により評価した。
A:Rが2μm以下であったもの
B:Rが2μmを超えたもの
C:Rが5μmを超えたもの

Claims (15)
- フッ素樹脂層(1)を、該フッ素樹脂層(1)と剥離可能な樹脂層(2)と共押出し、該共押出しされたフッ素樹脂層(1)側を延伸ポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルムと対向させて、該延伸ポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルムの少なくとも片面上に、JIS Z−0237に準拠し、5mm/分で180度剥離して測定される、フッ素樹脂層(1)と延伸ポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルムの接着強度が4N/cm以上となるように、押出しラミネートすることを特徴とするフッ素系積層フィルムの製造方法。
- 樹脂層(2)がフィラーを含有し、フッ素樹脂層(1)の樹脂層(2)側の表面をマット化することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の方法。
- 樹脂層(2)とフッ素樹脂層(1)との間に、層(1)を構成するフッ素樹脂とは異種のフッ素樹脂から成り且つ樹脂層(2)と剥離可能であるフッ素樹脂層(3)をさらに共押出しすることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 樹脂層(2)がフィラーを含有し、フッ素樹脂層(3)の樹脂層(2)側の表面をマット化することを特徴とする、請求項3記載の方法。
- フッ素樹脂層(1)がテトラフロロエチレン‐ヘキサフロロプロピレン‐ビニリデンフロオライド3元共重合体(THV)からなることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 樹脂層(2)が、フッ素を含有しない樹脂からなることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- フッ素を含有しない樹脂がポリエチレンであることを特徴とする請求項6記載の方法。
- フッ素樹脂層(3)が、テトラフロロエチレン‐エチレン共重合体樹脂、テトラフロロエチレン‐ヘキサフロロプロピレン共重合体樹脂、及びポリフッ化ビニリデン樹脂からなる群より選ばれる樹脂からなることを特徴とする請求項3〜7のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- フィラーが、ガラス繊維、マイカ、及び炭酸カルシウムからなる群より選ばれる少なくとも1種であることを特徴とする請求項2、4〜8のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- フィラーの粒径が1μm 〜1000μmであり、該フィラーが樹脂層(2)の全重量に対して5重量%〜30重量%で含有されることを特徴とする、請求項2、4〜9のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 樹脂層(2)の厚みが8〜20μmであることを特徴とする請求項6〜10のいずれか1項記載の方法。
- 延伸ポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルムの少なくとも片側にフッ素樹脂フィルムが積層された積層フィルムにおいて、押出し方向に直角な方向における前記積層フィルムの最大厚みと最小厚みとの差(R)が2μm/75cm以下であり、且つ、JIS Z−0237に準拠し、5mm/分で180度剥離して測定される、フッ素樹脂層フィルムと延伸ポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルムの接着強度が4N/cm以上であることを特徴とする積層フィルム。
- 前記フッ素樹脂がテトラフロロエチレン‐ヘキサフロロプロピレン‐ビニリデンフロオライド3元共重合体(THV)であることを特徴とする請求項12記載の積層フィルム。
- 前記フッ素樹脂がテトラフロロエチレン‐ヘキサフロロプロピレン‐ビニリデンフロオライド3元共重合体(THV)の結晶化温度が、95〜140℃であることを特徴とする請求項13記載の積層フィルム。
- 前記フッ素樹脂フィルムの厚みが2〜10μmであり、延伸ポリエチレンテレフタレートフィルムの厚みが5〜300μmであることを特徴とする請求項12〜14のいずれか1項記載の積層フィルム。
